@Bell_Support We called bell and "problems in the area" is the reason given. For 48 hours? Seriously? All Bell satellite customers in the L7M zone should be given a discount. Past time to shop around

@Bell_Support still no satellite TV in L7M area of Burlington. Tried calling and resetting receiver. Satellite is clear of snow and ice. Over 2 days and message doesn't even give a restore time. Wtf?! We better get a discount

I had returned a faulty PVR (for the 3rd time) and @Bell_News @Bell_Support didn't receive it from Purolater and rather than deciding to follow up with that company (it says in transit on the tracking) they decided to charge me. The PVR they gave me this time is also broken.

@Bell It would be amazing if you and Rogers didn’t have an unspoken no compete thing going on with only one provider providing anything close to high speed in many buildings/neighbourhoods. Fail to see why you dont have gigabit fibre more widely available in the GTA.

@Bell_Support so our satellite’s been down all day. Customer service has no idea what’s wrong. Any ETA? Southern Ontario.
