Today, his account was paid in full and overpaid an extra 200 dollars was applied. His service is still not restored. Customer service refuses to help me.

Jake Murdoch (@Jake_Murdoch) reported@Bell_Support because I’m not the account holder. Customer service agents ALSO refuse to let me talk to a supervisor - again because I’m not the account holder. BUT when I complained, @Bell CS agents MADE NOTES ON MY FATHERS ACCOUNT - even tho I’m not verified!!!!!!
