@LaceyC3P0 @Bell Yea my tv internet and phone bill was over 300 a month and now it’s 150 with Tax exempt as well with @Bell. @Eastlink in Sydney had horrible connections.

On the phone with @bell wasn’t happy with my internet, So being old fashion I said I need a human to come to my house and fix it and not a magic wand, They gave me another wifi network over the phone, so basically they used their Wand over the phone and now works !👴🏽ThankUBell👴🏽

@mushrooomomma @Bell When I cancelled my Rogers service, I literally said at right at the start that I was moving out of the country PERMANENTLY. They still tried to sell me services. Offered me a Rogers credit card. Asked if I would transfer my account to someone else. On and on. Brutal.

@Bell worst customer service. I was promised a cheaper phone plan on a call, but it never showed up in my app/email. When I called back, they claimed there was 'no record' and refused to honor it. The agent LIED. Making promises and not honoring them is misleading and dishonest!!

@FidoMobile, I’m extremely disappointed with the current customer service experience. After 30 minutes navigating an AI system with no resolution, the only option to speak with a representative was to schedule an appointment a week in advance. As a customer of 20 years, this level of service is unacceptable and has led me to reconsider my loyalty. @Bell, do you currently offer access to live customer service agents for long-term customers?

@Bell Probably you should ask your tech folks to check your mobile app, chatting with customer support - always the last word in chat disappear after I send it . Reported to agent multiple times but issues remains for months.

@Bell when are you introducing pure fibe internet to Wismer & Greensborough neighborhoods in City of Markham?? need that service badly!! your current internet speed of 50mbps is nowhere enough. So many houses in these 2 neighborhoods are waiting that Pure Fibe internet

@Bell Very disappointed that someone was supposed to come and install our new Internet yesterday only to have no one show up...I called to find out why and was told they weren't coming. Just wondering why I was never made aware of this? Had so much I needed to
