@Bell How long will it be to fix the cable in Pointe-Claire Village Quebec. Garbage truck pulled the cable right off the telephone pole. No TV/internet or home phone.

2/5 So I called @Bell_Support, who told me that because it wasn't my number, no ticket could be started and no action could be taken. I suggested that good businesses take proactive steps to help their customers. The customer service rep was unwilling to take any information.

Hey @bell. Just had a sales rep from Mississauga at my door in Niagara. Thought that area was still under a stay at home order??? Staying at home does not include coming to Niagara for sales!! Ty to at least look like you’re trying to be part of the solution!

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Bell is all talk ..as in "Let's talk" but they gouge the crap out of internet & mobile phone users & that is to the detriment of those marginalized folks & mentally ill people, that they pretend to care about. They also treat their employees like crap according to employees.
