@cbcmarketplace have you heard from others about @Bell_Support @Bell charging consumers for data to cover home internet service that wasn’t functioning for weeks? Home internet was down Aug 22 - Sept 10; data was promised; went over data allotment, and then overage charge of $1k

@Bell not a single Bell employee knows anything about their deferred amount credit process. Just spent over an hour on the phone and was transferred three times. Can we please get more competition in the Canadian marketplace so we aren’t forced to deal with subpar service?

@Ryan_r_Williams Speaking for my father...who is almost 70 years old and has just a flip phone gets charge 13$ from @Bell cause the phone uses 0.7 - 1.00 MB a month. Bell's solution was for my dad to spend 2.5$ a month to block data and not tell him to go in phone settings to click "no data".
