@Bell_Support When are we going to get an update re: outage in Beckwith Township area? Stolen copper... first it was Friday 10pm and now Monday. Your outage tool says there's no outage. 310-BELL says there is. Unknown what Bell tool is actually accurate. Help!

@Bell_Support and @Bell I have placed a new wifi order and it's been 6 days and I am still waiting to get the modem. On your customer support they put for long hold (30min ) to just get an update. Is this how you welcome new customers ?

@buckburgess My mom was trying to cancel our service and she had to call them I kid you not 9 times. One time they put her on hold just for the automated message to come in about 20-30 mins later saying they’re closed and to call back. She was hung up on, berated etc. **** you @Bell

If, like me, you've received greasy, manipulative, telemarketing calls In the middle of your work day from @Bell , just do what I do: report them as spam and block them, then cancel any products that you subscribe to with them.
