I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. I’m betting he put in the other line ABOVE this one in as needing to be fixed as he was adamant that this low hanging one was not a bell line. If it’s not down as approx 6ft it’s incorrect.
