I’m in Guelph and online searches say there’s no service disruption. Reboot done twice. Didn’t do anything. Just a black screen and no menu functions. (Still better than Rogers!)

I left Virgin after countless service disruptions, poor coverage, excessive billing, and just an overall terrible experience. I’m happy with my FIBE TV and Internet through Bell. Switched to Rodger’s and half price from what it was w far superior service. Same phones and numbers, seamless switching…That’s my experience.

Switched to Bell a year ago and I get no signal up there. Tried to watch the Canada soccer game a few weeks ago and just got the spinning wheel the entire game. Can't wait until my 2 years is up.
