Krysta Dey (@adeyinthelife) reported from Victoria, British Columbia

Hi @Bell_Support - If I’d known that you didn’t support Group text Message, I never would’ve left my previous carrier. (My kids don’t have data - a third party messaging app isn’t an option.) #notimpressed

  • KrisMonti
kristopher Montanini (@KrisMonti) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

@hkimia @Bell It is unfortunate because if I cancel my contract (that has expired) I can get the phones for cheaper. I like @bell but I’m not willing to be insulted by them and pay almost twice as much as their competition.

  • troymore
Troy More (@troymore) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

@Bell_Support 5G in the Gordon Head area of Victoria BC for the past few days is almost unusable. When working, latency is very high and speeds are very slow. Had to drive to a different area just to send this.

  • vancouverceo
Vancouverceo (@vancouverceo) reported from Victoria, British Columbia

Extremely competent staff: immediately freed my data block and now financing me an iPad Pro at discount from SRP. Bravo @Bell_Support. However we aren’t done with contract scam of slowing the data down when it hits a limit, on an “unlimited” plan

  • KrisMonti
kristopher Montanini (@KrisMonti) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

Imagine calling @Bell about re-upping the contracts for my two phones and they offered me less than a new customer would get and almost twice as much as a competitor because that was just my reality.

  • KrisMonti
kristopher Montanini (@KrisMonti) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

@davevanman @hkimia @Bell It’s stupid. I’ve been with @Bell for over 15 years and they don’t even want to offer me what a new to @Bell client would get.

  • brentsmi
Brent Smithurst (@brentsmi) reported from Colwood, British Columbia

All I want for Christmas is more than one bar (at best) of cel service in Royal Bay. Get it together, @TELUS /@Bell. I’ll switch to @rogers if they’ll do something about this. 2.5 years of this is ridiculous!

  • LoveMy7Wood
Love My 7 Wood (@LoveMy7Wood) reported

In my recent travails with @rogers, one thing that happened was their service technician accidentally disconnected my @bell home phone. Rather than have him reconnect it I realized I was paying $98.88 per month for something I rarely used, and received almost exclusively junk calls and scam calls on, so I called Bell and cancelled it. That’s $1200 back in my pocket every year. Boy, it feels good.

  • CosmicalLupus

@imthedarkknight @RogersHelps @Bell Anything to Make these robbers Pay for their Crap services

  • Highteaspeaks
    Hightea🍁 (@Highteaspeaks) reported

@VarlXii @Bell @chatrmobile I have to admit, I’ve never had connection issues with bell, they have the best network so far, even this chatr I’m using is crap, it doesn’t work when I’m in my underground parking

  • thisjayeju
    Ayokanmi (@thisjayeju) reported

@chiebvka @Highteaspeaks @Bell Very useless network used them for 2 years suddenly your service would disappear for hours.

  • BlackHoleNorth
    Brendan Fyke (@BlackHoleNorth) reported

@Bell_Support Is there anyway to get support other than waiting for 40 mins on hold or 38 mins for a agent to reply to a chat support? Just ridiculous. I just signed up with Bell again recently. Customer service has REALLY gone downhill. Do better.

  • Bananrama2
    anna b (@Bananrama2) reported

@Bell good job Lost me as a customer thru bell and Virgin today. Hello @Rogers Hate having to play musical telecomm just to try to save $. Government mafia & extortion via CRTC @CRTCeng

  • Tokyo_Drift19
    Elyn (Էլին) (@Tokyo_Drift19) reported

@Bell_Support I’m not paying you $80/month to absolutely suck. Data is god awful.

  • ade_chameleon12
    Prince Ade-Chameleon (@ade_chameleon12) reported

@EyitayoFajinmi @Highteaspeaks @Bell Yes, just call the customer service and tell them that you wanna switch to BYOD Max plan (Bring Your Own Device).

  • dynamozes
    Moses (@dynamozes) reported

@Highteaspeaks @Bell Try to get on an employee program with either Telus or Rogers. If you don't mind issues with network coverage sometimes and the likes, then try Koodo or Fido for cheaper plans. But if you want a plan that's 5g and the likes, then I'll suggest the Big 3. Worked for them before

@Bell My mom had a landline forever. We insisted she keep it for safety. When the tornado ripped through her neighbourhood and she lost power for multiple days, we could always reach her by phone. She had to switch to VOIP- no choice. Now, half the time her line doesn't work.
