Imagine calling @Bell about re-upping the contracts for my two phones and they offered me less than a new customer would get and almost twice as much as a competitor because that was just my reality.

@hkimia @Bell It is unfortunate because if I cancel my contract (that has expired) I can get the phones for cheaper. I like @bell but I’m not willing to be insulted by them and pay almost twice as much as their competition.

I call at 11:45 to find out nope meant 8-5 THEN get a call that nobody with necessary skills avail today anyways! Thank God modem fixed itself. Delighted to have wasted my entire A.M.
