    Lorsque tu fais le switch chez @Bell et qu'ils te disent par texto que le technicien est en route pour 13h06 précisément et que sur le hub, ça retarde à chaque 5 minutes, ça commence bien! L'assiduité est discutable 😂

    Le service à la clientèle de @Videotron est pire que celui de @Bell. Je dois être un des rares à avoir eu un excellent service Bell et de bons prix. Pas possible de négocier de bons prix pour ajouter la Helix TV parce que j’ai déjà un service d’actif. 🤯

    @Reil76 @Bell I left Bell more than 20 years ago for Eastlink. Two or three times a year now, I'll have Bell sales people come to my door trying to convince me to switch back. They're wasting their time, and mine, even if they were to offer me free service. I'm happy where I am.

    @Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.

    @theresemacdona6 @Bell @Bell_Support Never. Because they get away with it! And IMYHO, since they know they have a monopoly along with Rogers, they will do nothing to fix it.

    @z_haus @Bell I have AI call answer. Never deal with spam calls as a result. Freedom wireless is where it is at if you want to save money, (as long as you live in a region with it) Rogers uses 3rd party call centers in India and other nations as well. While charging you premium prices.

    @Travisdhanraj @Bell @Telus is just as bad. Tried to cancel my landline, wasted hours of my life with no results. Quit paying the bill, finally they cancelled and sent a final invoice, paid that and haven't done business with telus since.

    @Reil76 @Bell I left bell a long time ago for the same reasons. I switched over to Roger’s, even tho I hate them too, I’ve had zero issues for years now.
