    Le service à la clientèle de @Videotron est pire que celui de @Bell. Je dois être un des rares à avoir eu un excellent service Bell et de bons prix. Pas possible de négocier de bons prix pour ajouter la Helix TV parce que j’ai déjà un service d’actif. 🤯

    Lorsque tu fais le switch chez @Bell et qu'ils te disent par texto que le technicien est en route pour 13h06 précisément et que sur le hub, ça retarde à chaque 5 minutes, ça commence bien! L'assiduité est discutable 😂

    @CrowFavBird @Bell_Support Telus did the same thing to us last year… the people on the phone don’t understand their lost customer won’t have “future needs” for phone and internet.

    Tl;dr I walked into @Bell walk-in store at Sherway Gardens mall to try and cancel my services for both Television and Internet services. However! I was told by the store staff that I can only contact @Bell through phone numbers to arrange my cancellation services.

    Dear @Bell let’s talk. I signed up for security. Then you sold it to @apialarm I overpaid my bill - my bad - then the system stopped working. Now they won’t confirm cancellation or give my money back. I would have never signed up with an outfit like this so kind of on you?

    @virginmedia The delayed call back does not change corp. #customerservice practice or reduce long lead times plaguing @Bell - ANSWERING customer calls when called is needed. - Stopping the use of unproven AI. - Address consistent #customersupport deficiencies reported online.

    @Bell_Support We have had terrible service in Muskoka for the past year. Sometimes I cannot even send a text it times out. It is not uncommon for a call to drop 2-3 times …..so frustrating and we pay high rates! Terrible reception

    @Martyupnorth My cell phone company did the same. "To increase service bla bla bla". Currently looking for a new provider. @Bell
