@Bell Is there any particular reason why the cell service around Hecla Island, Manitoba went from serviceable to terrible in the course of 24 hours? I had a reasonable service on Sunday, but since Monday, I have to be within view of the tower to get a steady signal.

@Bellsupports Placed an order on Sep 4,2022 and after 3 days on Sep 7,2022 it’s automatically cancelled. This is how @Bell works with their customers and without taking customer authorization directly cancel their order!! Cheers to Bell!!!

@Bell_Support Lost cause. Been down that road before. It ain't my phone's problem. But something that would be helpful, is if your company would re-instate the reporting of bills to equifax since you halted my account 5yrs ago

@Bell_Support is actually the worst. My internet has been down the last two days, and they’ve done NOTHING to fix it. All they’ve done is give me false promises of when my service will be reinstated.

I'm quite frustrated with @Bell_Support. After spending hours on the phone, being transferred, having appointments made for a technician and cancelled without informing me, it turns out it's an outage that's in the process of repair. Atrociously disorganized customer service.
