@meaganmclean @Bell @bell is the absolute worst. Terrible customer service, their phone agents all have a go to hell attitude now, terrible cellular packages, overpriced and terrible satellite pkgs, terrible internet for rural areas. Yet somehow they charge the most? #bruuuutal

@COGECO SUCKS ***!!! Every #Cogeco customer must be credited a "full month" of service. @cogecohelps is not progressive when it comes to outages, always delayed. @bell is looking real good right now.

Thankfully my mom tracked the tech who took the wires down with his truck and he's going to fix it. @Bell it shouldn't have to be this hard. You hit the wires with your truck, waiting until tomorrow isn't an option.

@MBaldinelli At least once a month our internet goes out. All the years I was with @Bell I never once had any issues with internet connection. I’m so sick of this crap.

Just my regular reminder to @CRTCeng @Bell @Rogers et co that it's 2021 and despite living a mere 20 mins outside of the capital, the best internet service I can be offered is an expensive 10Mb down/1Mb up.

@Bell_Support Help before there’s a mutiny! I ordered four mobile plans on Dec 2. I’ve been routed to Tracking, Warehouse, and Support in Toronto, Carribean, Phillipines, Windsor. Hours on the phone. Seriously, Bell. Do you care?

Looking forward to the confirmation that I will receive a credit for the Cogeco outage which will cause me to pay for unnecessary data this month. Or I will be confirming my move to @Bell
