    @Bell @Bell_Support your service is terrible. Promised a seamless upgrade to take effect Sept 14. No Technicien required. Complete home internet down, call to find out what the issue is get told that my scheduled software update is an all day time slot. Absolutely unacceptable

    My father (85) is moving and having the worst service from @RogersHelps @Rogers started at 10:14 am now at 1:54 pm. Will not install without fee. Just to drop off ignite gear which he doesn't want is $39. 4 hours online chat! #terribleservice @Bell

    @Bell_Support Next rep on callback gave me a supervisor and I reported the rep, they will be investigating, and they are also going to investigate why FTTH isn't available at my new address when everything around has it. LIke 50/10 in downtown Toronto is so slow! All competitors offer more

    @Bell_Support I am having 1 GB fine internet connection through bell service. But hardly Iam receiving 12 Mbps download and 10 mbps upload speed. I reached to bell customer service,they had me in call for more than 1 hour.This is worst experience with Bell.@Bell_Support

    @Bell has the worst customer service in the country bar none. I'm currently on hold, which I was told would be for 5 minutes, for over an hour and no one has come back on the line to even update me.

    Having Bell Fibe is great because it is slower than the internet in the Middle Ages and when it rains it stops working. 20 hours without internet or TV. @Bell_Support calling tomorrow but wanted to vent my anger here because it is absurd how horrendous and predictable service is
