@Bell @Bell_Support I'm having problems with a heartless corporation who thinks it completely fine to try to extort extra sales from a grieving relative when one of their 40+ year long customers passes away. Waited until we paid the bill then just cancelled her service. Despicable @Bell never again!

@Bell_Support is there some kind of wide Fibe service outage? Mines been down since 9am. I've rebooted, unplugged, swapped cables, so the problem is obviously on your end of with broken equipment you've given us. I refuse to waste time troubleshooting your systems problems.

@Bell I find this interesting why Fibre Ops Wifi doesn’t just ‘cover your entire home’? I thought I did purchase ‘Wi-Fi that covers your entire home’….that’s why I went with the Bell. I now just ‘plug-in’ my Ethernet cable to ensure network stability.

@Vtradez @Bell_Support I'll have my recording equipment on standby. That way I'll post the result here on twitter so Bell can't hide their poor customer "service".

Hey @Bell_Support I just got another rude call from your overseas sales department. Why don't you hire Canadians? And why are your call reps so rude? As soon as he found out I already was a bell customer he muttered some profanities and hung up. I'll have regrets if this persists
