    @Bell hello. Communication lines are down at 1540 McGlaughlin Rd Crysler Ontario. Do you have a an emergency line or an after hours phone no. or email so I can send photos to indicate what is happening? Phones have been out for 6 days now. Thank you

    @Bell the lack of service and absurdity of effort required to simply reconnect Fibre at my cottage is astounding. Several hours over last few days and still no action. Very poor customer service.

    @Bell @Sportsnet why do we allow pharmaceutical companies to advertise on Canadian TV? I think we need to reconsider this knowing the damage big pharma does to people everyday

  • kingkerry Kerry (@kingkerry) reported

    @Bell_Support Hesitant to DM, every time I contact support, my service gets worse not better. I started with 20mb peak. Called, now I'm currently without any service until someone shows up... maybe today? Apt this afternoon usually means maybe the day after.

    @Bell_Support FIX YOUR **** I CAN'T PLAY GAMES WITHOUT GETTING 200+ PING

  • MorganPlus8 Andrew Flint (@MorganPlus8) reported

    Rogers claims to be winning back trust lost in their unparalleled outage, but... When @Rogers says they'll credit back mis-charges and then don't, that doesn't instil trust. Or loyalty. Hey @bell, my Rogers plan ends in June...

  • MorganPlus8 Andrew Flint (@MorganPlus8) reported

    Earlier today I had an issue with @Rogers not coming through with a previous commitment, which after DM-ing with them, I believe they will fix. However, I also considered switching to @bell so... What does that actually look like for comparitive iPhone plans?
