@Bell_Support Thanks. It turns out it was one more screw up in a chain of them made by Bell as part of our recent move. Fix something/break another. Repeat. This one "may" be fixed in 24 hrs. 🤨

.@RogersHelps is the worst internet provider. They have cost me money and time. The internet has been intermittent since September. I've got a new modem, router, cable, three technician visits. No follow up calls. I'm switching to @Bell. Bell any Boxing Day specials for internet?

@Shekatsak @PurpleSaxifrage Middle of Mb... trust me we are throttled though have unlimited internet and it as sure as hell is not Bell. Horrible reception, drop calls etc etc from @Bell. Simply truth. Those commercials of Bell reception in wilderness. I laugh and laugh.

I have now spent a total of 2 hours on the phone with @Bell only to find out in a follow up email that my services have been downgraded and I’ll be paying $20 more per month!!!!. Changes have been made to my account without my consent!! Any tips on how to fix this?

@Bell_Support everyone quit bell & go to rogers- bell takes our money & sells to us in canada but employs its customer service in philipines or india- if bell does not employ us why would we employ them-rogers employs canadians, your neighbors who buy your goods & rogers never has problems
