So @Bell doesn’t bring internet to our neighbourhood.. just @RogersHelps .. but we’re done losing service during work hours.. Maybe @starlink is the way to go..

@greg_rodrigo @Bell @Rogers That is a good one Greg 🤣. Rural internet users are not “real” users. Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They both suck.

@Bell_Support You’re service is still down here in the M1L area. Contacted tech support and was told to replace the modem. It’s the 3rd time I replaced the modem in one year. Called your store at Fairview and the employee had no professionalism whatsoever. You guys seriously need to do better.

@Bell_Support I have never, ever had as awful service as I have today from Bell. My brother’s phone was set up under the wrong phone number. All I want to do is change this number, but I was told I can’t because the phone is on contract. The supervisor I spoke to was useless…

@Bell_Support I have already done that several times. The support staff keeps giving new timelines. 12.30 pm was the latest, there is no solution. Do you think that giving us 30$ as compensation is enough after an outage for 2 days
