Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They couldn't find our account in their system. Odd. They can always find us when it's time to pay. 3 trips to Bell before we got the router. Still no internet.
