@greg_rodrigo @Bell @Rogers That is a good one Greg 🤣. Rural internet users are not “real” users. Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They both suck.

So @Bell doesn’t bring internet to our neighbourhood.. just @RogersHelps .. but we’re done losing service during work hours.. Maybe @starlink is the way to go..

So @bell, if I’m paying you a daily fee for roaming while out of the country, don’t you think you should make an effort to, y’know, consistently provide the service I’m paying for? In what universe does it make sense to turn off my data at midnight? Not impressed at all.

@Bell all I want is to switch the new Fibe tv boxes and modem I got for the older style vip2262/vip2502/hh2000 which I prefer. Why can’t anyone @bell can help me do this. Pay good money for your service. I would assume you would want a happy customer. Not an ex #fail #help #bell

@Bell cellular data is not working in my area. I’ve called Bell 5 times, they have put me through with different agents and each one told me different things. They even told me that my plan didn’t include cellular data, which is ridiculous. I am really disappointed

Shout out to @koodo for topping up my data for free because of lack of wifi due to the hurricane. Big thumbs 👎 down to @Bell for not even responding. Can't wait to see if you actually charge me for wifi I haven't had in over 2 weeks.

@HabsFins @Bell @Bell_Support Right it should be on 2 channels. They let down both fan bases who's games are supposed to be on the package.
