    So @Bell doesn’t bring internet to our neighbourhood.. just @RogersHelps .. but we’re done losing service during work hours.. Maybe @starlink is the way to go..

    @greg_rodrigo @Bell @Rogers That is a good one Greg 🤣. Rural internet users are not “real” users. Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They both suck.

    @Bell Not. I called for service on my landline twice before getting a confirmed appointment for a technician in 5 days! Your poor call agents are also told to direct clients to the website to consider other Bell services to which I say “no thanks “. Fix this one first.

    @Bell_Support If you not going to sort my issue as soon as possible , I will reach out to CCTS and Media. Even after that It is not going solved - I will take it court to get my justice. Such a shame on this big company like yours lack in communication and proper accounting @Bell

    @Bell_Support Going through what must be one of the worst experiences with a service provider. Absolute negligence and uterless care for a basic experience. 4 days internet issues, 8 calls to your tech, ow you send me to a store where I get told .. wrong store. Wow!

    @Bell_Support my elderly father can't get a paper bill and never signed up for paperless billing. Your online system gives no choice to help him. What gives?

    @Bell_Support I'm not having issues. Someone else's internet cables are currently on mine and a few of my neighbours lawns because it fell after your technician came and did something. Apparently this hazard isn't a priority despite the cable being a danger to myself and my neighbours.
