Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They both suck.

She's missing calls and texts, calls drop for no discernible reason. We were happy with Koodo, you guys offered a better plan, and now she's stuck for 2 yrs

Also, your cell phone emits a lot of radiation it’s best to avoid. Hopefully they can give you a better deal and you won’t lose any services
