Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. He’s saying another week to fix it and you have today at 10pm - that’s after saying Sunday at 10, Monday it was fixed, yesterday expected to be fixed in 3hrs or today by 10pm. You’re all liars.
