Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They both suck.

They tried to tell me I never sent them the equipment back ( that after some Telus goof tried to make me believe the Canada Post will come driving out to the sticks and pick it up ) luckily I didn’t believe him and sent it by registered mail. Took me almost 3 months and many phone calls and a lot of grandstanding by Telus before they finally stopped being jerks.

Ian Leis (@IanLeis111161) reported@Bell In February 2026 I was entering my building and a person from BELL with a stand and everything was at the lobby This person (Karan) offered me to cancel current services, which I was paying CAN$ 247.40, and enroll again using my girlfriend's contact.
