@greg_rodrigo @Bell @Rogers That is a good one Greg 🤣. Rural internet users are not “real” users. Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They both suck.

If you are a student don’t ever get internet service from @bell @Bell_Support . No one has come to fix my wifi in 2 days, are now claiming we cant have wifi in this house, BUT we have had it for 3 MONTHS.

@Bell_Support @bell really giving us the worst customer service ever, and I was unable to complete 2 of my exams which resulted in me failing because we have not had access to wifi in 2 DAYS!!!!

@Bell_Support Quick question. I’m thinking about buying a Bell Streamer device for my folks for Christmas. They are in Ontario and subscribe to your Bell satellite service with Fibe internet. Will this work for them to stream Bell content, or do they need to have Alt TV?
