@greg_rodrigo @Bell @Rogers That is a good one Greg 🤣. Rural internet users are not “real” users. Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They both suck.

So @Bell doesn’t bring internet to our neighbourhood.. just @RogersHelps .. but we’re done losing service during work hours.. Maybe @starlink is the way to go..

@BenKlass @Bell If I file a part 1, it garantees that Bell wins. (Bad enough that when a respected person files a part 1, it is an uphill challenge).

@Bell absolutely awful service and customer service. They offer a service that they clearly doesn't work, they don't listen to their customer and tell them "well i hope that's fixed" #ErrorCode101 #Cancelling

@SamanthaLWilson @Bell Thats because you don't have to worry. No gov. contract to be bloated and over paid. They didn't gouge you enough for the poor service. We need accountability and more competition.

@SamanthaLWilson @Bell I’ve had a pretty good experience with them. I have 1.5Gbps fibe, and usually get within 10% of the full bandwidth (1.2-1.5 down, ~1 up). I’ve even downloaded full RNAseq FASTQ datasets without much difficulty. Seems to vary WILDLY across areas of the city, though

@Bell_Support @KashyapPN Dispute the charges with your credit card company. Bell has no intention of helping. I will never do business with them again.
