Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They both suck.

You are billing me monthly since even if I don’t have any service with you!!! Called you twice, you told me everything was fine. Still received 2 bills today!!

Leo (@Leo71106092) reported@TheSpec she also has a medical alert service that isn’t working either with this outage. How many are in the same situation? One fall and we’re in big trouble. @Bell and @Bell_Support have been completely useless. Lying every other day when it will be repaired.
