@Bell so your company is both disorganized and most assuredly dishonest. No internet service since yesterday - Modem fried from lightning. We will be there between 8 AM and noon but you weren’t!

@Bell why don’t you have a modem only option for your Bell Fibe customers? Your wifi pods work really well but your Home Hubs are terrible for customers wanting to run their own routers and wifi solutions.

@Bell @Bell_Support One of worst experiences I have ever encountered. Signed up for new bell Internet and got scheduled for Today for installation. I get an update that technician is here but guess what he was never hear, wasted my 5 hours waiting for him.

@Bell_Support Once again - momentary power outage and Bell WiFi pods are 'optimizing' which translates to poor coverage for the next 24+ hours. Why can't they just remember and return to the last know optimal configuration? seems logical to me
