    @Bell so your company is both disorganized and most assuredly dishonest. No internet service since yesterday - Modem fried from lightning. We will be there between 8 AM and noon but you weren’t!

    @CraveTVHelp 2/2 and there are exceptions to ANY rules. I didn't even use the service at all and streamed nothing. And you can't refund me? Complete and utter bullshit. I will NEVER subscribe to @Bell_Support product ever. Learned my lesson years ago when I switched to @Rogers

    @Bell_Support Already have , we have dealt with a **** install from day one, and still paying the price , can we please get it sorted out this time ? Also I am refusing to pay mileage for the the forth or fifth time to repair mistakes.

    @Bell The customer service is at best 3rd class. They promise help and the moment you disconnect the call/chat, everything is forgotten. Have reached out to them 5 times about a billing issue. Every time they say that the concern has been forwarded to the “higher department”.

    @woody_VA @Bell Fair, it's probably also likely, as in my example, that plugging directly into your router might help your speed a bit

    To me twice. In customer service, that’s a surefire way to lose customers. As it stands.. I’ve been with you @Bell_Support for the better part of at least a decade. But I expect better. I expect to be provided the truth, especially when your team messed up. It’s not about the 10/
