    @Bell so your company is both disorganized and most assuredly dishonest. No internet service since yesterday - Modem fried from lightning. We will be there between 8 AM and noon but you weren’t!

    @nath_beauregard @Bell When I call I don’t even speak to the rep that answers the call I immediately ask for customer loyalty and they usually find a way to meet my demands through discounts or promos or something to satisfy me but you have to stay on top of it there are other options but Bell works

    @Bell Never going back to @Bell. They tell you one thing and when you join, they start charging you whatever they want and most of the customer service people do not listen.

    @Bell Going on 10 hours of no cell service in port Elgin Ontario, I’ve called multiple times and everyone is denying a outage stating everything is working fine, been out since 130pm on April 27

    Dear @Bell @Bell_Support If you are having issues with your call answer services maybe you could COMMUNICATE with your customers--after all you ARE a COMMUNICATION company!!! The problem is at your end not ours!!! Two days now I've had to deal with customer support.

    @buckburgess @Bell We switched to an IPTV service for tv/sports and internet under 100 bucks for the first year. Only with bell on my cell
