All I want for Christmas is more than one bar (at best) of cel service in Royal Bay. Get it together, @TELUS /@Bell. I’ll switch to @rogers if they’ll do something about this. 2.5 years of this is ridiculous!

@Bell_Support why is it that the service I pay for is not what I get? 100 mbps/ and get 15 mbps makes no sense. Need better speed. What should I do???

Hi @Bell_Support - I'm very disappointed with the service you gave my mother. She received a call in November from a 514 area code, when she answered, no one was there. She hung up. This month she had a bunch of charges on her bill to that number, which she never called. /1

  • pamela4strategy Pamela (@pamela4strategy) reported

@Bell_Support your customer service reps are providing my confidential information to individuals who don’t have access to my account. When I advised them of this they hung up on me. Is this a regular business practice? Should others be worried?
