  All I want for Christmas is more than one bar (at best) of cel service in Royal Bay. Get it together, @TELUS /@Bell. I’ll switch to @rogers if they’ll do something about this. 2.5 years of this is ridiculous!

  @Bell the absolute worst. They’ve admitted they’re wrong for months but still have charges on our bill that are unjustified. They have now cut our cell service while we wait “for the next billing cycle for changes to take effect”. I’ve spent 5 hours on this already! @bell sucks!

  @Reil76 @Bell Bell sent me to collections for failing to return equipment during Covid, when stores wouldn't accept it and they didn't send labels to mail it back. Everything about Bell sucks, and their fees are outrageous. Good luck!

  @Bell fix your cell towers in Newfoundland,between st johns and gander ............. 2- 4 bars of lte and no data , cant text ...... couldnt report a motor vehicle death that blocked traffic for 8 hours and dead headed part of Newfoundland..... rcmp is gonna investigate also..

  Tl;dr I walked into @Bell walk-in store at Sherway Gardens mall to try and cancel my services for both Television and Internet services. However! I was told by the store staff that I can only contact @Bell through phone numbers to arrange my cancellation services.

  @Bell Your loyalty team is brutal You dont care about customers or excellent customer service They hung up on me after giving me the insulting offer and no call back Funny you dont want to help me out now after 6 hours on the phone, and when I leave you will call daily for a month

  @Bell Btw @Bell I was quoted $600 in person if this isn't resolved in a manner I find appropriate I will never do business with your company again and I'll be expecting a full refund on my new phone when I return it. Thieves and liars
