    All I want for Christmas is more than one bar (at best) of cel service in Royal Bay. Get it together, @TELUS /@Bell. I’ll switch to @rogers if they’ll do something about this. 2.5 years of this is ridiculous!

    @Bell is the worst. Installer came Wednesday but didn’t install because the cables weren’t run to our house. Nobody ever called to confirm next appt. We had to call, were told a manager would call. It’s now Friday no call. @Rogers may keep us if Bell ignores us.

    Hey @Bell , Just spoke with Sagar on your Sales Line, at 8:04 AM, and I asked him to stop talking, so I could get a word in. He said, “Did you say, ‘Stop’?” I said, “Yeah,”, and he said, “That is rude.” What the hell else am I supposed to do when the agent won’t let me speak?

    One of the pathetic service is Bell @Bell My internet is not working for 4 days and they don’t care except transferring my call. Every time, I need to validate myself and they don’t share notes when transferring like what is the issue why customer has called. #poorcustomerservice

    I sure wish @RogersHelps but in fact if you make a simple mistake like I did and call immediately for support that answer is there is no way for Rogers to help...you are screwed and we will take your money. I think they are run by @Bell pr @TELUSsupport
