    All I want for Christmas is more than one bar (at best) of cel service in Royal Bay. Get it together, @TELUS /@Bell. I’ll switch to @rogers if they’ll do something about this. 2.5 years of this is ridiculous!

    @Bell_Support are there any known service issues/disruptions? My Fibe tv has not been working all day. There is a message on the tv which says guide data is currently unavailable. I’ve been unplugging and rebooting all day and still the same problem

    Dear @Bell you mobility website sucks the big one. Trying to upgrade my phone but does not give any plan options for the device I want except for a shareable plan which I do not want. GIVE people options! I can’t go into a store as I won’t get my $50 admin fee waived. @CRTCeng

    @MasterSachimo @Bell_Support Weird they didn’t reply back to you. Worst internet provider. 90% of bell customer service don’t really wanna help they just want to get off the phone asap. You can tell. They sold our region to Xplornet without telling us. Then a bell employee told me last year.

    @Bell on phone w/ operator..told her I've had sporadic service for 3 days now..she tells me 24 hrs to 5 DAYS b4 I can get someone to resolve issue?? I can't work without service & Bell telling me in addition to 2 days already, another 5 days maybe? wtaf? this is nuts!!ffs!!

    @Bell_Support it’s an absolute joke that 36 hours after I switch and install all 3 of my f****** services, I now have zero use to anything! I’ve called 310-bell 5 time to be told that, the earliest they can fix this problem is the following day! #backtorogersigo
