    On the phone with @bell wasn’t happy with my internet, So being old fashion I said I need a human to come to my house and fix it and not a magic wand, They gave me another wifi network over the phone, so basically they used their Wand over the phone and now works !👴🏽ThankUBell👴🏽

    @LaceyC3P0 @Bell Yea my tv internet and phone bill was over 300 a month and now it’s 150 with Tax exempt as well with @Bell. @Eastlink in Sydney had horrible connections.

    @Bell_Support and @Bell I have placed a new wifi order and it's been 6 days and I am still waiting to get the modem. On your customer support they put for long hold (30min ) to just get an update. Is this how you welcome new customers ?

    @ryangerritsen @Bell You can't get a human to respond when you call FIDO for ANY issue. The AI is actually stupid and can never resolve anything. After you've tried over and over, it tells you that you can schedule a call with a human. The first date and time available is at min. 3 days later.
