@LaceyC3P0 @Bell Yea my tv internet and phone bill was over 300 a month and now it’s 150 with Tax exempt as well with @Bell. @Eastlink in Sydney had horrible connections.

On the phone with @bell wasn’t happy with my internet, So being old fashion I said I need a human to come to my house and fix it and not a magic wand, They gave me another wifi network over the phone, so basically they used their Wand over the phone and now works !👴🏽ThankUBell👴🏽

I want to help fight against these communications monopolies but it’s hard when you deal with rude CSR and apparently cruddy internet

@Bell_Support live in the Minesing/Springwater Township area-we have been having problems for the last few weeks with TV/Internet freezing-or constantly being told to reboot our system - I am getting feed up trying to listen to something on TV only to miss half of the report...

@Bell_Support The other issue is taht I did pause the tv show, I closed my laptop. Came back a while later, opened the laptop which made the show start up again, even though I didn't press play. Please add option to turn off autoplay. I can't find it anywhere.
