@LaceyC3P0 @Bell Yea my tv internet and phone bill was over 300 a month and now it’s 150 with Tax exempt as well with @Bell. @Eastlink in Sydney had horrible connections.

On the phone with @bell wasn’t happy with my internet, So being old fashion I said I need a human to come to my house and fix it and not a magic wand, They gave me another wifi network over the phone, so basically they used their Wand over the phone and now works !👴🏽ThankUBell👴🏽

@vote4robgill @Bell I switched from Bell, cause they have horrible customer service. They had the audacity to call and send mail to sign up for their services. They need to fix their internal issues, before trying to get customers back

When you try to upgrade online, and @Bell online chat tells you that you should rather go to a physical store instead of upgrading your tablet online. Maybe you guys want to remind your chat support we are still in lockdown and @cityoftoronto advice people to stay home..🙄😳🤔

@Ra_Ra_Richie @Bell @Bell_Support The guy on the french line (with a heavy french canadian accent) lied and said he was in Morocco. I asked why he sounded french canadian, and he said he went to school in Quebec (another lie). He refused to help in English and terminated the call. Bell is trash

@bell @CCTS_CPRST still haven’t received my email cancellation 20 hours later. So this call I made to cancel a service wasn’t honoured? Second time in 6 months I’m having this issue with big corp. CCTS is a joke of an agency with no REAL purpose. Like the CRA they are useless!!

@bell @CCTS_CPRST just cancelled my second line I waited 10 min to receive the email confirmation that never came! In that time I sent and received an email to myself! This second line better be canceled. If I have to call this one in again it will be with a lawyer!
