Firemarshal_bil (@FireMarshal_Bil) reported@Bell just had my tenth modem swap over the last three years of being with @bell due to constant internet problems. This last one lasted about 1-1/2 hrs before quitting again. No bell tech has an answer. Going for #11 modem today. Wish me luck
