    @Bell_Support drove 3 hours to wait around marina for 8 hours to have your high speed tech dump job at last minute. New order, new revenue, increased existing subscriber spend. Take a guess whose service will be installed instead?

    @p8r8s @Bell_Support @Bell This. Post updates on Twitter; don't tell people to DM and not reply. We're working from home and need to plan. Surely the engineers know how long it will take to fix? Maybe they're worried we'll build some kind of complaining Twitter army but ... we'd need internet for that.

    @Bell loyalty depart. is horrendous!! Called to cancel my service, my business is closing b/c Covid. Asked if something could be done on the cancellation fee (b/c you auto renewed my contract and I never received notice) and I was told BELL IS LOSING MONEY BECAUSE IM CANCELLING!!

    Changed my services from @SaskTel to @Bell roughly 6 months ago, couldn’t regret it more. Love having full bars of LTE service only to constantly be listening a “scratched CD” #bell #sasktel

    @DWPippy @Bell I had a similar issue with @DIRECTV in 2015 when they inappropriately charged my bank account $1,500 for their equipment that WAS returned. YES, they WRONGLY TOOK $1,500 out of my checking account causing my account to be overdrawn! 4 yrs & a small claims lawsuit later…

    @Bell_Support a classic corporate mentality! Couldn't able to call the customer service on Saturday 10:30 and they says "we are closed" despite saying we're open 9-5 on Saturdays. Absolutely terrible service and their agents change words and gives false information! Cheaters

    @Bell_Support The worst experience with @Rogers. Definitely regret leaving. I will be back once I send everything back and tell them to shove it.
