@Bell_Support More frustration & hours wasted with the lack of customer process! Please review ALL THE NOTES associated with my account. About to lose another customer along w/ me, cause ‘have a friend add me to their account’ should not be the answer for any ‘service provider’

@Bell Bell should get out from cell and internet as fast as they can. And invest in satellite internet and cell services. Your towers will be taken down very soon!

@Bell how is it that in 2025 I still can't decent phone service in downtown Calgary. The hell are we overpaying for?

@Bell Time to get unlimited cell service data in 2-3 yerars with better satelites from Starlink or other satelite internet providers and have it as a hotspot for a whole house. Bell and Rogers will go bankrupt because never invested in this technology!

@SLT229 @Bell So many businesses build very complex systems with very little thought to resolving issues. They put all kinds of controls in place but don’t seem to recognize that sometimes there will be anomalies that need to be resolved promptly and efficiently.

@chrisw_ottawa @Bell It’s a captive market with very little competition. People just bounce around between a few service providers. They all know they can get away with it.
