    @Bell I just ported from freedom and already regretting because of customer service. The lady was extremely nice to me while taking my information and as soon as I Signed up she had a “none of my business” attitude when I needed assistance.

    @Bell when i use my home phone, why does it dial 911 after 10 secs. this is starting to be a real problem, think 911 are starting to get pissed and the cops have been coming

    @bell After losing 2 vacation days to you not holding up your end of an agreement your loyalty department “Eddie” just informed me that Bell will not do anything. Unbelievable how acceptable it is @Bell to provide awful customer service. You can take our $ no problem though!

    4/ Other @bell tech showed up an hour later. Tinkered for 30-40 mins and said he had to call YET ANOTHER tech because there was a cabling issue. What is going on?? We were told to wait for the 3rd tech.

    @Rogers #rogersoutage Internet gone again. Really hard to run a business with no internet. Pretty horrible service, especially when we had someone booked to come in and they didn't bother to show up. #bellinternet @Bell will be getting our business now. 👋

    @Bell_Support Okay, am not authorized user but will have him follow up. Am surprised (obviously) that you don’t at least have Coax service in the city centre!

    @Bell_Support Pretty wild that my Grandma served in the @RCAF_ARC during World War II and you claim to support Veterans, yet this is some sort of ongoing issue. Can you please fix this? I'd like to be able to speak with her more regularly (as would the rest of my family).
