When I shut down my services they owed me $10 for an overcharge. For several months they threatened me to pay them the amount that was shown on my bill as a credit. Unbelievable stupidity.

All I want is an appointment that sticks and my internet hooked up!! Honestly, don’t think it’s too much to ask for.

Wait in queue long time, get connected only to have call drop. One agent tells you one thing the next tells you something different. Not a good company.

I ordered your Fibe internet online and Monday a tech was supposed to come and hook it up between 5-9 no show, so I called and they said they don’t know what happened.
