Cause: single vehicle accident Middle Rd @ Grousewood took out pole/lines. We filed a ticket with Primus but Bell owns the lines. Need fix ASAP. I work from home

That “can only be done by telephone” so they make you wait and wait and then, as a condition, you have to speak to a “loyalty specialist” who tries to sell you what you just canceled for a lower price and just won’t let go. It’s the worst.
