@Bell_Support Grousewood Lane, Kingston Ontario, several homes with no phone / DSL service since Christmas Eve. Cause: single vehicle accident Middle Rd @ Grousewood took out pole/lines. We filed a ticket with Primus but Bell owns the lines. Need fix ASAP. I work from home

Hey @Bell, where is the communication about the business phone outage? Its been 3.5 hours and our customers are getting a message that the number is disconnected. I am told it is widespread by your people. PLEASE COMMUNICATE!!!

Late news is on. Lisa Laflamme is apologising for the lack of good connectivity in rural Alberta.. CTV is owned by @Bell that provides their own self-claim of BEST COVERAGE IN CANADA.. and they aren't.. Maybe they could help CTV with connectivity?

@kfmdawe99 @Bell I got their gigabit internet and I'm supposed to be getting minimum 500mb down, $120. I can only get 100mb if I'm lucky and that's with Ethernet
