@peterfrankl1n @logixow @Bell Is it better or worse? I have Rogers and the speeds are amazing, but the service keeps cutting in and out for me ever since that weird region shutdown that happened a few months back

  • ACanuckistanian A Canuckistanian (@ACanuckistanian) reported

@JM_Weber @EliotETC Don't feel so bad, my brother lives down a dirt road with 7 houses on it, a 45 minute drive to town.. has legit 1000mbps fibre .... I live 3x closer on provincial highway... Have 6mbps ADSL over 70year old phone lines that crap out in the rain, @Bell Refuses to replace.

  • AEssaji Azim Essaji (@AEssaji) reported

@Bell_Support Just fix it and give me the service that I pay for. And give me some reasonable compensation for the stop-gap services I've had to employ. I'll DM you. 2/2

Wow @Bell. Our daughter died in a car accident and you're telling us that we can't cancel her account without buying out the term of her account because its under our name. Real nice.....

  • te_eliza_may_s Terri S (@te_eliza_may_s) reported

@Bell 3) So then I requested support and some time later a lady came on, & her line was so bad, her voice so garbled & electronic I could hear maybe every 10th word. I asked her to call me back & managed to hear 'yes'. I'm still waiting. I refuse to be billed 3x the stated rate!

@Bell I will never forget how bell took the 1,000,000$+ buy out and without warning cleared out team 1040 and the other stations without and human decency. #fuckbell #bellletstalk is a scam... get you name out and a tax break while you lobby the government to give you my tax money 🖕

  • lesmis456 Lauren bIm Allen (@lesmis456) reported

@Bell_Support can you address the apparent connectivity issues happening in Ontario? I’m in Toronto and the internet comes in and out every 45 seconds or so!

  • AEssaji Azim Essaji (@AEssaji) reported

Four times I asked to escalate an issue and speak to a supervisor, in the hope that my issue would be followed up. Each time was told that a supervisor would call back in a certain time frame. @Bell 2/n
