@Bell_Support our internet has been dropping multiple times per day for months, even during work meetings. We've spoken to tech support twice, and they've insisted they've solved the problem both times. This is ridiculous and affecting my work significantly.

  • x0xRubia Rubia Mcknight (@x0xRubia) reported

. @Bell the horrible customer service I have received in the last 2 days has been crazy. 12 + hours to find my order and then everytime someone can help me we got disconnected. THE ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED!!!

@Bell_Support He called afterwards to confirm yet again that there were no issues, and at that moment our internet went off again. While your employee kept insisting there was no problem, that it was working on his end, and there was no need to send anyone.

Because I've dealt with you enough times and had enough sour experiences, I recorded our call to your support desk when we placed the order. We changed our bundle, ordered the phones and after some disagreement over price, eventually met on an agreeable number @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support After his complete denial and cooperation to help, I asked to speak to his manager, and he hung up. While our internet was still not working, making my brother not be able to complete his final exam online.

Isn't it fantastic when you work from home due to the pandemic, but yet your phone consistantly loses its signal for multiple, consecutive weeks? Why did I choose @Bell MTS as a provider....

  • pamela4strategy Pamela (@pamela4strategy) reported

@Bell_Support your customer service reps are providing my confidential information to individuals who don’t have access to my account. When I advised them of this they hung up on me. Is this a regular business practice? Should others be worried?
