Hey folks @Bell I am using your mobility services since last 1 and a half year. Recently I have started noticing that my internet speed is very slow although i am living in a 5g+ covered area.

@Bell @Bell_Support Please make sure your services work in and around schools. My schools WiFi is booty cheeks in some areas and unless your in a classroom, you’re not going to have service. I wouldn’t be complaining if I had good cellular service in school, but I don’t.

@Bell_Support thanks, I understand you can’t look into the costs for three days, but I really think it would be great if you looked into the bigger picture problem of taking advantage of certain demographics by charging double

@Bell what is the internet outage about in the Rutherford/hwy27 area Thursday Apr 13. how long is it expected. Just heard it may be out til Friday 5pm. @Bell last email was 1:30pm stating resolved by 9pm. (It’s 12:12am Fri) please keep your customers informed.

@Bell_Support We have a DM trail open from February and you have all the information needed to resolve this degradation of service (that is many years old). It’s unfortunate that the only way to get attention to this matter is through public tweets.
