@Bell_Support What’s wrong with your feed…our TVs freeze and pixelate all the time…we’ve called your support line and had someone come out to our house…problem is not fixed…really frustrating…thinking of going back to Rogers…

I was disappointed in the call from @Bell mobility loyalty department. The only question asked was if I am happy with my service and no information on upcoming offers or how they could make things better. It really sounded like they could care less.

@Raptors @Bell He’s so long and has such big hands it’s going to be difficult for him to get his shot off quickly without good body separation and a better handle. He should model Whi in a mostly wrist/forearm shot but a higher release point so even if his trigger is slow it’s harder to block

@Bell_Support Already opened a ticket number. Just getting very frustrated that I have to keep calling about the same problem. Today is now the third time that this has happened since June 4th.

I never thought I would say this but @bell customer support is actually really good. Had an issue with fiber line - same day technician sent - within hours. Super professional and on the ball. Happy customer.

@Bell_Support called your support line earlier. Experience was one of the worst I have had. Put on hold for unnecessary amounts of time. Laughter heard in the background. Wondering if this is the bar that Bell is setting? Maybe it is time to take my business elsewhere.

@Bell did your services crash 2 nights ago near Peterborough? Calls & texts won't go through as of yesterday morning, & data is running on 3g. Services were fine until Wednesday, now I can't even call customer service to resolve this. Frustrating!
