    My next door neighbour was just told by @cogeco that they cannot fix her broken wire to her house for 3 months, so no phone, Internet or TV until September. Never heard of waiting this long to fix a single broken wire. Glad I have my Internet with @bell #scarry

    @Bell_Support 28 minutes later and.... NO reply to Dm that was sent 😕 🙄 Is this how Bell customers are treated with 30 hours of calls for getting over billed 1 month later with no refund of the over charges and no one to resolve the issue ? Hope to hear back asap before I proceed.

    @Bell_Support this is the worst customer experience u have ever had. Your company sent me the wrong phone. I sent it back 11 days ago & still can't get a new one. If you don't reach out to me by tomorrow I will be going to your store and taking what I asked for.

    This is the THIRD TIME the @Bell team putting in fibre in our neighborhood has cut the @Rogers line. The Foreman should be fired for the sh*tty work and Bell should be fined for bad business practices.
