My next door neighbour was just told by @cogeco that they cannot fix her broken wire to her house for 3 months, so no phone, Internet or TV until September. Never heard of waiting this long to fix a single broken wire. Glad I have my Internet with @bell #scarry

@Bell_Support is this your commitment towards your customer ? More ever, your exec. was arguing that Wi-Fi pods can’t be connected to main router via Ethernet. They are meant to connect over wifi only. I have the call recording as well if you need to hear for your reference.

I live on the 12th floor of a building in downtown Toronto and my @Bell cell service drops frequently enough that I’m unable to make or receive calls at least a few times per week. Today is my birthday & I’ve had several missed or aborted calls due to poor service since 830am

When the @Bell repair technician laughed as he told me my landline repair appointment would be in May'23, well that's all I needed to hear to help me realize how much I don't need to spend $85 for peace of mind during our numerous power outages in my remote rez community. #nope

@Bell_Support We don’t have a PVR. We have 3 rentals. 2 HD and on not. Rented for over 13 years now. Whenever we call for help (just to replace a RENTAL remote!), we are told we are ‘grandfathered’ and ANY change will cost us more. We are already at over $350 a month for basic!

So the @bell Pre-Order System will Call You and let you know that your new iPhone has arrived, but it will not let your new iPhone connect to the Network, making it Unusable Apparently this has happened to all their other Pre-orders too Thanks @bell 📱 😠
