@Bell_Support What are you doing about phone line outages???? My mother’s entire condo building in Etobicoke has had no phone service for 10 days now… that’s right, 10 days. This service is a joke! No outages reported? That is a load! I know of 3 residents who have repeatedly reported it.

@Bell horrible. Screw up installation once. 2nd time send a tech who can't complete job & when I call, say he should've never been sent. 3rd time installation complete and now internet down within a week. On hold for 1 hour and told earliest tech can come is tomorrow afternoon.

@Bell I pay for too tier high speed internet But I don’t have it! I keep calling and they said two years ago fibre optics going in ground from street. Dug up everyone’s lawns ran it to everyone house and STOPPED Still not hooked to full bell Fibe internet it’s ****🤬

Hey @Bell_Support here we go again. I’ve tried 3 times to upgrade my internet, add tv app & cancel our temp service & it’s like I’m asking for the moon. How hard should it be? I tried 2 go through normal channels but it seems only complaining on the twitter will get action again
