    @Bell_Support Everyone I work with that are with bell can not acces their voicemail and calls I am making out to people that have voicemail are dead air. So not just a me problem.

    @Bell @Bell_Support You customer service sucks, all they tell us is to go to a different company. I suggest u change your bs "fast and reliable" slogan until you actually provide fast and reliable internet for your paying customers.

    @Bell How about you guys look at everyone that is having problems with your internet and then ******* fix it. We havent had internet in THREE ******* DAYS! So unless you guys are ready for a lawsuit I'd get fixing 🛠🛠

    @asmarshall83 @Bell It's fairly new. Only been carried in the just above basic package for 1-2 years I believe. It's been getting worse and worse the entire time. They give religious extremists like Tania Granic Allen their own show! It's like Sun News Network, but worse somehow.

    My god @Bell @Bell_Support Trying to get a Smart watch with your SmartPay plan is a worse experience than pulling teeth, can't confirm my ID after i sign in with my secret code and reconfirm my info on the phone...still need a driver's license to "prove" who i am... i give up.

    @Bell Poor customer service! Bell Sales agent came to my door & sold me Bell internet, tv & homephone. He said only 1 receiver because I have 3 samsung smart tvs, only to find out the Bell Fibe TV app does not work. Loyalty agent says I must pay for 2 more receivers... nightmare!

    @Bell discriminates against senior citizens. My dad was almost cut off due to an expired CC & the only way to update it was via an online account he does not have. I was able to help, but what about those seniors who don’t have support? @KamalKheraLib

    @Bell Been a Bell customer for 15+ years. Their customer service has gone down the drain. No problem texting and emailing about offers to buy phones. But nobody contacts you when their new plans are 40$ cheaper and twice the data than what you are on. They just keep milking you.
