@Bell @Bell_Support You customer service sucks, all they tell us is to go to a different company. I suggest u change your bs "fast and reliable" slogan until you actually provide fast and reliable internet for your paying customers.

@Bell_Support Everyone I work with that are with bell can not acces their voicemail and calls I am making out to people that have voicemail are dead air. So not just a me problem.

Anyone that is with @FreedomMobile I suggest switching to @Bell , at least bell cares about there customers, where @freedomsupport does not. It's been a year and half with problems and I'm still in the same spot I was when the problem started. Just horrible

@Bell_Support Thank you for your fist reply. I just have an update in chat. Bell seems to have a major outage in Carignan for dozens of customers since June 22 ( ticket BELL PD97244) . Apparently it will stay down during 4 days :( Is there any public website where we can follow the progress?

@Bell Yeah I never going with bell ever again. Used to have two phone lines running to our house paying for both and all of a sudden one doesn't work Bell disconnected it and give it to our neighbor didn't inform us even though we were still paying for it.
