    @Bell_Support When I called just now service rep says this outage is due to a “scheduled service update” - would have been nice to have the heads up :( ugh!

    @Bell_Support Spoke to a technician on the phone. They said the outage could be fixed by 6pm. Thanks for reaching out though.
