Why not fix your dang virtual assistant that no matter what I select it says that your systems have an error and cannot put callers through an agent. Are you paying agents to do nothing? Freedom wireless is where it is at if you want to save money, (as long as you live in a region with it) Rogers uses 3rd party call centers in India and other nations as well. While charging you premium prices.
