@Bell Genuinely curious on what your excuse is for this; why do I have better internet connection a block away from my house than I do in my basement? My house has a wood floor And no, your boosters are crap too. Constantly disconnects, not worth 30$ a month

@Bell the internet service that you are providing for us in southern Ontario is unusable, you give us a $10 credit yet the internet can’t be used. We are not the only ones having issues, it’s the whole village. Everyone deserves more than a $10 credit or at least fix it.

I just learned that @Bell doesn’t support IPv6 which is an internet standard and has been since 2017. We, as Canadians, pay more than almost anyone in the world for internet access. Yet we only have access to old technology.

Hey @Bell_Support we've been waiting 9 days now to sort out a Sim / eSim problem on my new work phone. It's basically a brick right now. How long should we expect to wait?

@aerospacerock @stevemartinish @Bell What type of phone do you have? Cause that could make the difference. I have an older entry level A series Galaxy. So 80 is pretty much my max speed. If you have a better phone you are definitely get a better wifi signal on your phone
