@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

@CjHajer @Bell @Bell_Support Yes, but not much use for our home phone, it’s our internet+wifi that is down (both hard wired and wifi). Someone is coming out today to see what the issue is. We’ve also had Aecon (and others) digging and wiring houses for the last 2 weeks too, not sure if it would be related.

@Bell I won't ever switch to Bell after how you showed what you think of intelligent women with grey hair. If I were a Bell customer I'd have switched already.

@cityofhamilton can you do something about this eyesore? It’s been like this since last winter and @Bell can’t be bothered to come out and fix it. I’ve spoken to Bell support several times and no resolution Wonder what would happen if I owed them money?

  • millennial333 millennial voice (@millennial333) reported

@Bell I like how you guys are talking about how you support Canadian families but laid off over 500 workers from home to outsource the customer service and I must say the service isn’t what it used to be … how y’all liking your 500 million cheque from @JustinTrudeau

  • dwjudson Douglas W. Judson 🇨🇦 (@dwjudson) reported

The recent Rogers outage made clear what the consumer and public safety expectations are of mobile providers. So are northern communities like @fort_frances simply not entitled to proper service? Why is @Bell gaslighting my constituents about the state of their local service? 2/3

  • Gemintheruff1 Gemintheruff (@Gemintheruff1) reported

@Bell even your internet out here in the country sucks. Don’t receive many of my texts never mind anything else. Forget a video attachment.

  • LeathemSam Sam Taylea (@LeathemSam) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell_Support Update: Found it was the company digging/tunnelling and connecting fiber optic in our neighbourhood, Bell tech checked it out and said they punctured our cables. 4-5 weeks until it will be repaired. Sharing info for others to show this was not a user/modem issue.
