@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

@Bell I’ve been trying to get a resolution to my home internet issues and no one I call seems to care. And it’s been 2 hrs and I’m without internet and can’t work. This is ridiculous

My dad could file for fraud against @Bell but if my mother got it then that’s a very bad sign but if my dad gets it then it’s not really a matter of concern

@Bell @Google so recently while working from home and utilizing my pixel 4, the speaker has been overheating while I'm making phone calls longer than 5 minutes. There's no bell stores open and I need a working phone. Help me out.

@747_s @Bell @EORN_CA @SteveClarkPC @MikeBarrettON @Xplornet Our friends at @EORN_CA are supposed to be representing us but they’re endorsing an inferior service. They need to ditch Xplornet and support reliable, affordable carriers that people here can afford. I pay over $100 a month for 15 Mbps this is not a reasonable expense!

@brian5or6 @jeanhuguesc @Bell_Support Brian you have been totally screwed by the fine print. I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. Questions DM me as I have spent way to many hours with Bell.

So furious with @Bell for charging me $175 in roaming fees when I never even turned my data on once during my trip to Florida in February. I even have the records to prove it. Looking to switch phone providers ASAP! 🆘

@CharlieAngusNDP @Bell_Support Hi, data costs less than pennies a month above what limited service costs. In many cases it actually costs them more to limit the data rather than make it unlimited. Wired and cellular. Needs Regulation. The public deserves protection from these extremely profitable companies.
