@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

    1. Jan 23/22 I called to cancel my service. They cancelled. 2. I got a bill for services post-cancellation 3. Called again. I cancelled. They confirmed. 4. Yet I got ANOTHER bill. Seriously @Bell_Support @Bell_Aliant how hard is it to just let me go?!

  • AdamAJTupper Adam Tupper (@AdamAJTupper) reported

Hey @bell with the amount of money you spend sending me mail and texts trying to get me to go with Fibe internet, something I will NEVER do, you could reduce my bill instead.

  • EilyMartin Eily Martin (@EilyMartin) reported

@Bell_Support There is no use as there is nothing YOU can do as the provider is the one who has to contact you to have the line fixed. And you can only issue service calls to an account directly under Bell. There is a reason we left bell for another provider…

  • cfelstiner Caroline Felstiner (@cfelstiner) reported

@Bell So after a DM with @Bell_Support they confirmed that the best deal would have me keeping a service (home phone) I have not used in three years. Otherwise, I would pay more to get less. I guess it's time to shop around. Suggestions for internet and television in Toronto?

  • LoreneHat LorHat (@LoreneHat) reported

@bell Is your service out in Brampton? No Fiber, no cell, no house phone? #nobellservice

  • SidneyW85778988 SidWill🇮🇳 (@SidneyW85778988) reported

  • ChristyBarnett0 Christy Barnett (@ChristyBarnett0) reported

@Bell_Support since when do you need a customer’s drivers license to add a mobile phone to mine bill. I have been a customer since 2017 and tried to add a cell phone line and the guy demanded my drivers license number.
