Peter Morin (@petermorin123) reported from Halifax, Nova Scotia@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

Dan's HotStove 🇺🇸🇨🇦 (@DannoLeafs) reported@Bell_Support Sure but this has been done many times & most promise to follow up to credit my bill but never do, I'm so tired of hearing "my plan is grandfather so we can't help except credit the account" & "the system"

Devon (@withthepines) reported@Bell Bell is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Being charged with overage charges, with no way to avoid because of the way your policies and app are written. I agree "what an awful unethical company". #BellLetsCut

Mr. Mulder (@MrMulder5) reported@WeAreNotUrKind @Bell Quite liberating isn't it! They can't even get a simple wire locate correct. Told me 5 yrs ago, yup no wires going south/north, they all go west/east from main junction box. Ok, I said. My dumbass mistake taking them at their word. Severed the line to 3 houses. NEVER TRUST BELL

'The' Ben Smith (@bensmithca) reported@Bell @bell @Bell_Support Bell needs to work harder on making happy customers vs just grabbing as much of their money they can before just looping their customers through they never ending game of let’s transfer this problem to the next agent.

mark roechner (@mroechner) reported@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Wow seems Teksavvy is a 1 trick pony social media whiner about big bad telecom. Try some innovation and enhancements to your service and quit relying on wholesale riding on others. Bid on some wireless spectrum and launch a WiMAX solution or partner up with starlink

Mom (@momfromearth) reported@Bell_Support @mikeinalliston Out of curiosity what can you actually do to help him? He’s going to take another day off work to sort this out? Are you going to cover his wages?
-
Robert Breen (@robertbreen) reported@MtlTriplea @Bell_Support How much is that? I don’t know what an Indian salary is. Do you mean India Indian or indigenous North American? I’m sorry you’ll need to be more specific to make your point. I’m a little slow.
