Is it just me, or have cellphone providers gotten lazier during the pandemic, or let themselves go? Both @TELUSsupport + @Bell_Support generally only have one bar of service - in the city centre of Ottawa - and calls usually go straight to VM. Too much to ask to have coverage?

@Bell_Support I am really frustrated with your service. Today was the third time in one month my appointment got rescheduled. I called in the morning to see if this is still happening and I was told yes. No one shows up and when I called they said the tech never got the order
