    @Bell you took two days to install internet and phone into my office. You’ve now taken my main phone line down for 2.5 days just to add voice mail due to a programming error and now sending out a tech. Businesses can’t operate like this! @Bell_Support

    More @Bell rants. I’ve now found out from a higher level tech that the lower level techs (three different ones) never put my support through properly. 3 days now without business phone because I added voice mail. Do better @Bell_Support

    @Bell I don't understand how such a large corporation that's been in existence since forever does not understand how to provide decent customer service or a pain free internet set up. Here's to hoping Rogers can beat the extremely low bar you have set.

    @Bell #bellinternet #bellsupport. I am shocked by the service thay bell provides here in Kitchener. My @Rogers ignite had better consistency at 100 than your 500 plan. I hope you can do something about it, else I'm happily changing back to Rogers

    Not happy with @Bell right now. Internet was supposed to be installed LAST Tuesday. Called today and was only notified AFTER CALLING that a contractor would come JULY 24th. Almost a month without service, and I only got an install date after my 3rd call. Seriously...?

    It took me over 40 (yes, forty) minutes on the phone to cancel my @bell internet. I lost count after refusing 12 predatory, aggressive sales pitches and retention efforts. Would love to see @CRTCeng levy sanctions on them for their numerous unethical practices.

    @Bell_Support all I wanted to do was add voice to mail to my business phone and you’ve now taken my main phone line down for over 24 hours to do so. How is this a thing?! Support isn’t even sure. No business phone line for over a day because we added voicemail. Unreliable servicd

    @Bell_Support my iPhone 12 is consistently dropping from LTE or 5G into 3G in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. I have plenty of data in my plan. My wife who has an iPhone 11 will still be in LTE while I’m in 3G. How can we fix this?

    Called Bell again and they say they’ll “escalate it” and “maybe” have it fixed later today. No guarantee, no urgency. Their casual response while our patients wait is incredibly frustrating. This keeps happening. When your internet provider disrupts a medical clinic, it directly harms real people who need care today.     Over a month of requesting a Bell Canada callback, a month of daily sales calls, ignored requests to stop, and broken promises to remove me. it isn't customer service, it's harassment by design. @Bell @Bell_Support fix your callback system or stop offering it. filed with the DNCL

    I don’t understand @Bell There TV is crap. I wish we didn’t change from @Rogers and now we are stuck with a two year contract of crappiness. Stay far away from Bell. We have to reboot PVR daily and it will only take 1-2 shows a day. #bellsucks
