Due to poor customer service we now are mostly Bell free. My suggestion move on we use #Shawdirect, #Xplorenet and other providers are much happier. Good luck

Their casual response while our patients wait is incredibly frustrating. This keeps happening. When your internet provider disrupts a medical clinic, it directly harms real people who need care today. We fell a little like this image portrays ๐คฌ @Bell @Bell_Support Please help us now! Our patients deserve it.

Now Wi-Fi pods have not worked, despite being replaced 3 times. spent 10โ15 hours phone with support and requested an in-home technician. @Bell_Support threatened with a $75 charge for a service visit #shame @Bell
