@Bell_Support I need some help. I have what I thought to be a simple request...I want internet set up at our new house and our neighbors have Bell services but still no one I talk to on the phone at #Bell can even set up the service request to send someone out. #Help

@bcorms @Bell Hey @bcorms , So. About 5 years ago we had everything with @Bell TV,home phone,family mobile plans (5) and internet. Due to poor customer service we now are mostly Bell free. My suggestion move on we use #Shawdirect, #Xplorenet and other providers are much happier. Good luck

.@Bell_Support your customer service is atrocious. Was a victim of porting fraud. I spent hours with myBell Thursday and they assured me it was being remedied but 24 hours later @Bell security told me they'd heard nothing about it and couldn't help. How can we trust your company?
