Due to poor customer service we now are mostly Bell free. My suggestion move on we use #Shawdirect, #Xplorenet and other providers are much happier. Good luck

It went out Wednesday at 4:30pm and now we're told it'll be out until late May 1st! Those with no cell have no access to 911!

After multiple conversations and repeated assurances, I’m now being told it’s only partially cancelled. This is unbelievably frustrating. I genuinely don’t understand how a simple cancellation can be this difficult. Signing up took 5 minutes; cancelling has taken 24 hours and still isn’t resolved. Activate the sim card by migrating your existing number to it. You can call the customer to help you to do that. Downloaded PcMobile app. Choose the data plan you want.
