    Again, @Bell Wifi PODs suck, Bell FIBE is terrible. Consumer be warned.

    @Bell well bell you didnt come out to fix the line that's hanging off my trees down to the ground I will be cutting it myself, not sure who's phone line it is but dont care anymore it's a danger for me in my yard!!!

    @Bell_Support Text services on iPhones not working. Multiple people complaining that texts appear to not send yet recipients are getting multiple copies. Shutting phone on and off doesn’t work. Hard reset of network settings doesn’t work. Google says it a carrier issue. Wassup?

    @Bell your executive relations office missed our scheduled apt to resolve a year of ongoing issues and is now mot answering phone or email. Don’t tell me to email that link again. It’s just another dead end in a never ending maze of dead ends. This is now small claims court issue

    Hey @bell, I appreciate the attention to detail on my last call. However spending 30 minutes to cancel a service I legitimately have no use for and needing to back up my reasoning to cancel it seems a bit extreme.

    @Bell_Support Can someone at Bell , who actually care about customers, let me know why I can't get Wireless Home Internet service. I called customer support 10 times and it is always same thing:" we don't have that service for your home address ". My neighbour have the service

    @Bell I called at 12:56 pm and time is right now 2:31 pm and still call is on because to book an order an cancel u take 1.5 years.. what a grt joke and worst service provider of whole world

    @bell_support - my text messages are delayed in sending by a couple of minutes. When they DO send, the receiver is getting the same text at least twice on their end. I have seen others tweet about the same issue - are there any steps I need to take or is this a network problem?
