    @Bell followed up with your technical team and it appears nothing was done. Error code 1009p/3 seems to be a mystery and I'm not the only one who has it... @680NEWS should maybe investigate this as I may choose @Rogers if the app doesn't work...

    @Bell_Support Wanna just buy Cogeco instead of buying out contracts? At least your internet doesn’t go down 24/7. Tell your bosses to PLEASE buy Cogeco so I don’t lose out on YourTV Niagara.

    Hey @Bell_Support I have had 4 visits from technicians, been on the chat/phone constantly over last 6 months and I am paying basically a mortgage for Fibe. Internet down more than working!!!! Not happy!!!!

You think they’re just just not purposely answering calls.🙄 If people can’t figure out there’s a problem with a 40+ minute wait time in Q, that’s on them.

    @Bell_Support Our fibe is back up running as of 10 mins ago, but the main receiver isnt because my wife rebooted it, The green light just blinks off and on but the blue is on how do i fix it
