@Bell_Support I know about that but you will just have to suck it up. I have complained a number of times. 5mpbs a mile from Creemore is poor. Your answer “sorry we can do no better” well I think you can...

@Bell I have been told by Bell that I must switch my landline to fibe by March 2023. Coincidentally?? today my landline is not working and they refuse to send a technician even though I’m paying for the service. I guess monopolies don’t have to service paying customers.

@Bell_Support Hello, Do you have any news on fixing the outage in Oakville? Part of the L6L postal code and I lost internet connection around 11:30pm last night. Gained it back this morning around 8:45am and then lost it again around noon.

Hey everybody, rather than publicly acknowledge downtime and give an ETA for service uptime, you EACH have to DM us your account info privately so we can "look in to it" ... Rogers? Where are you Rogers?
