-
Wine Journeys (@WineTrent) reported from Barrie, Ontario3 calls and over 4 hours with @Bell today over ongoing email lockouts. Issue not resolved even though after each call we were told it was fixed. Finally told they would issue a ticket for investigation and call us back after a frustrating 3rd call. Abysmal customer service!
-
Dave Chalut (@DaveChalut) reported from Barrie, Ontario@Bell_Support 3 different home hubs…. New house…. New Netgear Orbi network… STILL loose speed periodically around 9pm- 11pm. This is CLEARLY a Bell problem in the area. I better start switch my email contacts over so I can switch ISPs. Enough is Enough.

ᴛᴏᴅᴅ ᴍᴜʀʀᴀʏ (@TheToddMurray) reported from Essa, OntarioWhat is so wrong with wanting a perfect strong Wi-Fi signal throughout my entire house. It’s almost 2021 this shouldn’t be an issue that a home wifi has dead zones. @Bell_Support Home pods are a waste, tried both versions. Need options.... mesh home, hard wire eithernet
-
Felix Kaechele (@weltraumagentur) reported from New Tecumseth, Ontario@detobate Tell @Bell that. They don't offer IPv6 unless your access is through their mobile network.
-

Spent 30 mins on the phone for a loyalty supervisor to hang up on me. I’ve already DM’d you…. Please respond. Or maybe @RogersHelps can let me know the promo for 4 cell phones ++

-
My Baseball Romance (@BlueJaysBabyGrl) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell Is VMedia available where you are? They're way cheaper than the big two even though they supply either Bell or Rogers internet. For tv service try alibox. $14/M if you pay for the full year up front.
-
Space & Defense Sector (@SpaceSector001) reported from Purpleville, Ontario@Coffee4Life365 @Rogers @Bell Yeah. Telus are stupid that way. I use to work for Telus in BC. AST is the total solution even in airplanes. But dtarlink was lol he good for laptops and stuff in the air.
-
Stunlokked (@stunlokked) reportedEvery time I'm gonna pay my @Bell bill it makes me literally sick to my stomach. $240/month for home internet and phone. and there's no way to make it significantly cheaper without switching providers for a while until their credit expires. If I change my internet from 3gig to to 500mb/s its only $20 difference but fvcking bell keeps increasing the internet price so eventually I will be paying just as much as 3gig but getting 500mb speeds. they don't offer any cheaper phone plans either. I should have just switched service provider when the monthly credit expired, but its fvcking annoying having to re-setup internet and phone every other year. and who am I gonna switch to? back to @Rogers again ? LMAO NO WAY IN HELL am I going back to their dogshvt internet again. @TELUS ? they are basically just as expensive as bell. like ****!
-
Foopah Destroyer (@FoophaD) reported@Rogers why do you guys make it so hard on your customer service line to talk to a real person about issues with my phone plan? You guys have worse customer service than @Bell, you guys should be ashamed
-
Ryan Gerritsen🇨🇦🇳🇱 (@ryangerritsen) reported@rationalposts @Bell Yes, anyone else besides customer retention is basically useless
