@Bell You offer the worst support I have ever seen! I can't even get a qoute on 3 cell phones from you for my new business after a week of phone calls. @Rogers & @Eastlink have provided me qoutes.

@Bell @Google so recently while working from home and utilizing my pixel 4, the speaker has been overheating while I'm making phone calls longer than 5 minutes. There's no bell stores open and I need a working phone. Help me out.

@Ryandj70 @Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support Let's hope that we never go virtual again because Bell obviously can't support it! Thankfully I have had one helpful person add some data to my account but my tech missed the appt and no one can tell me when they're coming. I guess I'm going into lockdown for the day waiting hah

@bell_support And now they "think" my tech might be 4 hours late but they can't confirm. This is after 4 people (including 2 supervisors) told me it was impossible to know the time. I guess @Bell_Aliant considers missing an appt and making me wait all day good customer service

@Bell Bell is a joke. For decades it cost us $30 a month for my in-laws to have caller id on their home phone. Our replacement VOIP for the whole service including these features didn’t cost this month a month.

@Bell_Support Getting this error on Webmail: "Connectivity issues. We are experiencing connectivity issues with the server. You are still able to send and receive mail but some features will not be available." Also we are not receiving any mail on Outlook.

@Bell_Support Spent an hour on the phone Sat. for a problem to be resolved, it was not. Almost 2hrs today on the phone, still not resolved. Was promised a tech would be sent out today between 5-9pm. No tech arrived. Resolve my issue and direct me to who I bill for my wasted time.
