    @Pascal1Rodier @veethspace @Bell @Bell_Support I had a little bit of trouble after I moved as well. But after 3 calls and a wonderful girl that helped me on the last call, I'm hoping my problems are resolved this month.

    @Bell_Support reporting a mobility outage. I have no service on my cell, and my husband is in another area of the city with limited service. I didn’t find any outage reports online yet. Thanks!

    @Bell. Terrible service. New internet and tv upgrade on Nov 30th. 12 days later, two actual service calls, hours of phone support, a third appointment made but no one showed up. Internet cones and goes and tv also comes and goes. And no one cares!!!!!

    @Bell @Bell_Support Got charged for using Wi-Fi and this company has transferred us to 14 different departments currently on the phone for over 60 nins! super rude to us! The worst company to ever go with. Be careful with Wi-Fi if it doesn’t work they’re not responsible

    @vaibhav_rai @Bell I asked @Bell_Support the agent it’s ID # and this was their answer: “We don't provide employee ID over Social Media. Should you wish to take note of mine, my handle name over Bell Twitter support is ~Lord. Once again, I apologize for this inconvenience that has caused you.”

    @GSawision @cher12661 @CBC Doing my part for all of those my friend, @Bell is as bad or worse then @CBC in their bias, wont use any of their services anymore. As far as Toronto turning around, good luck they refuse to see reality

    @Hockeyiscanada1 @Bell_Support @bell lost a business of thousands of dollars a year just because they didn’t want to honor a loyal customer for the last 10 years. Makes no sense from a business perspective, but it’s not my problem. At the end they lost, I will pay similar or probably less to it’s competitor

    Indeed “ripoff company” is a good title for @bell they can’t find enough strategies and avenues to charge more to existing customers. I am done after 10 years of doing business with this awful company. I cancelled my services effective from March 24th. It feels such a relief.
