    @Bell I’m beyond frustrated. My modem had an error out of the blue today so I had no internet connection. I called tech support. Told me it was defective. Race to the store which is not close to get a new modem come home plugged it in, same error! 1 of 2

    @Bell_Support My issue is still not fixed. It’s been more than 24 hrs and @Bell is unable to fixed my speed issue. I’m paying for 10 mbps upload and only getting 5 mbps it’s very necessary to have good upload speed while WFH

    @Bell can honestly suck it at this point, this is the third digital box in a row that’s will loose the connection randomly and we follow the steps to fix it and then it breaks. The third one in a year. I’m over your ****

    @Bell_Support @Bell my internet hasn’t been working since last night. I called customer support and they said there’s an area wide outage that you are aware of but won’t be fixed until friday night. This is unacceptable!!!
