Watching the #BlueJays game on a chrome book. @Bell Fibe is down and looking at a website it looks like it is down all over Ontario (I've seen Ottawa, Collingwood Toronto, Mississauga etc.,) and even saw a report from Quebec. Atleast the internet is working 🤞🤞🤞

1/2 Hi @Bell_Support! I would like to commend Mr. Euly from Loyalty Department +1 (866) 301-1942, for shedding me some light on our Bell Service. He has showed good customer service and did way way better than the previous customer representative I have spoke to.

Never thought I’d say this but….I miss my internet and TV services from @Bell. @Rogers is included in the new condo but the speed is pathetic for 1GB service.

I’ve checked with my Internet speeds and I’m 700down, 20up at 11 ping — that isn’t the greatest but Rogers fibre is bad (and @Bell has no fibre student plans). I did a packet loss test and it’s not telling me much, or I don’t know how to read it. It’s getting unbearable.

@Shudder @ShudderCanada You should know that Bell Canada is beyond lacking when it comes to customer service. This particular problem, it's been nearly a month ... nothing done. Sadly, not an encouraging launch for your partnership with them. @Bell_Support has never responded.

@Bell_Support @MrMontagoose mobility division has been guilty of this for years, then have to fight with customer retention to get same deal as new customer...and half time you wont get as good deal and never get better...and ive been with since only 3 cell towers in ottawa--the telcos are all the same tho

Bad deal @SamsungCanada @Bell_Support had my Z Flip 4 a month and the screen won't open past halfway. Had one drop in the folded position with a case on it from about 3 feet onto a carpeted floor. Really regretting switching from @Apple right now. This durability is ridiculous.

Looks like Starlink Roaming is literally my only choice at this point. I've called 6 different ISPs and none of them have service at our new place x.x @Bell is the only other company that has service out there but it's just not worth dealing with them again.
