Lino Ventresca (@ventrescalino) reported from Brampton, Ontario@680NEWS @Bell @Rogers @TELUS It’s about time. Canada has the worst wireless rates of any G20 nation. But 25% reduction in two years isn’t enough. By then the big three should easily be able to deliver far better. Let competition in from the US carriers and we will see far better rates
-

But brampton is a major city and I live in centre of it. 3 months of ongoing issue!? Weird

Siobhan Bell (@BellSiobhan) reported from Mono, Ontario@greg_rodrigo @Bell @Rogers That is a good one Greg 🤣. Rural internet users are not “real” users. Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They both suck.
-
Mike Aikins (@MikeAikins1) reported from Brampton, OntarioSorry supposed to be @Bell who’s Fibe is absolutely crap. Less than a month and already 2 service calls and the system has been down more than it has been working. Do not switch over

Johnny B (@jwbtweets) reported from Brampton, Ontario@Bell just had a very frustrating experience with your Philippines based call centre. Shame on you, I pay an exorbitant amount for services and you don't even hire Canadians to provide customer service/support. #corporateaccountability #corporategreed

Marco Joshua Braam (@MarcoJBraam) reported from Brampton, OntarioWhy would a @Bell_Support tech show up at our house and tell us our internet is having a problem when it wasn't, then they leave and we have had nothing BUT problems for over a week!
-
SANGARRRRRRRRRRRRR (@Sxngar) reported from Brampton, Ontario@BroHogPlays @Bell_Support But the thing is, with bell u actually get what u pay for. Rogers is good on day 1, but day 2 of getting it installed, they literally throttle ur shit

-
Marco Joshua Braam (@MarcoJBraam) reported from Brampton, OntarioAnother "Not my problem" experience with @Bell_Support . Tech says there's no lines left so has to downgrade our service in order to stabilize it. Bell won't fix the infrastructure until they can bring in Fiber to the neighborhood, not any time soon. #Monopolywithnoaccountability
-
Jaspreet (@_Jaspreet_Somal) reported from Brampton, Ontario@CRTCeng @Bell @CCTS_CPRST Hello, yes I have contacted them multiple times. And they say it has been a ongoing issue in my area. They gave me a 40 $ rebate on this months bill as well. However, I don’t have my phone working. It is really difficult to survive in these times where you need data and phone

Bell Canada Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Kimberly (@broddy83) reported@Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.
-
CRM🇨🇦 (@CRMxox) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps 3 days later and no response and currently on hold 1 hour and 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. After being a customer for 30 years, when I do get through to a human being it will be to cancel. @Bell picked up my call immediately yesterday....
-
Timsaal Bukhari (@Timsaal_1) reported@Bell_Support central node in the network is rigged to the command line again
-
DB Steiger (@DBSteiger) reported@Bell You have proved time and again that you don't actually care. The DM's go nowhere, solve nothing, and never escalate things to where they need to be. Pretending to ride in on white horse going "WELL ACTUALLY!" doesn't help. I gave up using Bell in favor of the slightly less horrid Telus, and at least I can get service when I call them. Hell, even that reply sounds like it was AI written. I have zero faith in your company left, and at 41 I hold a long grudge. It would take something significant to change my mind, after the hell you caused me.
-
Edmonton Lilly (@BabyGirlWife) reported@Bell How the hell do i put in a HAZARD DANGEROUS LINE !!!! Your STUPID AI cant comprehend anythh8ngnoutside of a god damn phone number !!!!
-
Typhlosion3000 (@Typhlosion3000) reportedTl;dr I walked into @Bell walk-in store at Sherway Gardens mall to try and cancel my services for both Television and Internet services. However! I was told by the store staff that I can only contact @Bell through phone numbers to arrange my cancellation services.
-
AlexTri (@AlexTri333) reported@Bell How are you going to help me if you reject my calls? You have charged me for equipment I returned via Purolator and they confirmed they returned to you. After a week of your robot denying to transfer me to an agent I want to cancel all my services. Maybe I should ask my bank
-
Jimmy Davis (@JimmyDavis28) reported@Bell Unless you’re going to fix the issue of cell service in the province there’s nothing to discuss. This isn’t an issue isolated to a few people. As previous posters have said. 1st world prices for 3rd world service. I actually had better cell service when I was in Cuba.
-
AlexTri (@AlexTri333) reported@Bell If I DM what do you expect me to share with you? Why not fix your dang virtual assistant that no matter what I select it says that your systems have an error and cannot put callers through an agent. Are you paying agents to do nothing? Do you just have the virtual assistant?
-
Cristina Gallo (@galloconsultant) reported@Bell We are three weeks in and still no phone service at our office. The company that lays claim to the invention of the telephone can’t make it work. Now they are threatening a $500 cancellation penalty for a service they did not and could not deliver. Call us at 905-52G-ALLO?
