@bell @Bell_Support @CP24 Called bell fraud department for wrong entry in my financial reports and as per them they didn’t put any info on my account so either Equifax is wrong or the bell. Worst of all, female from the bell fraud department dropped the phone line on my face.

Another "Not my problem" experience with @Bell_Support . Tech says there's no lines left so has to downgrade our service in order to stabilize it. Bell won't fix the infrastructure until they can bring in Fiber to the neighborhood, not any time soon. #Monopolywithnoaccountability

"Been a @Bell Mobility customer for over 2 years, paid a $100 security deposit in 2023. Policy says it refunds automatically after 6 on-time payments, I've had 25+. Chat rep confirms deposit exists but transfers me to a 'call queue' for Accounts Receivables. 20+ minutes waiting... This is why people call it 'stealing' deposits. @Bell, just refund the damn money. @Bell For over 4 weeks, my internet disconnects every few minutes. Internet speed is frequently extremely low, mobile data is weak, and mobile signal coverage is often unstable. Even my phone line quality drops when Wi-Fi is down. Multiple contacts with support and no proper resolution, especially during holidays. This level of service is unacceptable. I expected this to be addressed urgently... Moving to #Rogers maybe!
