    @Bell very bad experience. I never ever buy contract now bell says ur under a contract if you want to disconnect. Such dishonest policies are not going to take you guys anywhere. You need to put sales staff on salary rather than commission. They lie left right n centre.

    For them to then tell me at 8:45pm (mind you, my installation was booked for 8am-12pm) that the building doesn’t have the cable lines and that I won’t have any services for about a week .. OH and this is @Bell business, for small biz .. with no biz because there’s no service!

    @Bell_Support it’s my regular monthly tweet. The speed of the service you are providing is not what was promised. Once a month I contact you, your support staff does something to up the speed and it works for 3-4 wks and then it is slowed down again........
