They disconnected my service without any request of cancellation and when I contacted said, it will take 24-48 hrs to reactivate. It’s more than 4 days still it has not been reactivated.

Told by customer service that the charge would be reversed. What kind of business practice is that, sneaking charges onto bills?

Honestly? Had months to do nothing but make it work on your network...run a S22 ultra , my phone should be the first to get it.
