    i cancelled my services with @Bell in November 2020 but somehow they still managed to bill me $300 for TV services that i NO LONGER HAVE. @Bell is the shittiest service provider that you can subscribe with.

    @Bell @digikey @opg We are missing a delay timing circuit on the network. It should be somewhere in qualcomm and looks like an amplifier that tries to differentiate which signal to amplify, TV or real video etc.

    "Been a @Bell Mobility customer for over 2 years, paid a $100 security deposit in 2023. Policy says it refunds automatically after 6 on-time payments, I've had 25+. Chat rep confirms deposit exists but transfers me to a 'call queue' for Accounts Receivables. 20+ minutes waiting... This is why people call it 'stealing' deposits. @Bell, just refund the damn money. Tired of the hassle. #BellCanada #TelecomScam"

    @Bell For over 4 weeks, my internet disconnects every few minutes. Internet speed is frequently extremely low, mobile data is weak, and mobile signal coverage is often unstable. Even my phone line quality drops when Wi-Fi is down. Multiple contacts with support and no proper resolution, especially during holidays. This level of service is unacceptable. I expected this to be addressed urgently... Moving to #Rogers maybe!

    @Bell @Bell_LetsTalk I'd love to talk to one of your support personnel. This is the second time this week trying to talk to a real person. This time I waited a full 60 minutes and then hung up. Your phone lines aren't "unusually busy now", they always are. Hire more staff.
