    @Bell_Support Customer support hasn’t helped in the past. I suspect that because it mostly happens at night (when no one else is using the internet) that there is some bandwidth throttling going on. I refuse to pay the rental for the boosters when I pay for the best possible internet anyways..

    .@Bell_Support Trying to cancel service for 72 hours and spent over an hour wait on chat and call every time, still getting billed for a line I do not wish to keep.

    @Bell_Support @AndrewWc44 I’m having the same issue trying to access the FibeTV app on my Insignia Smart TV. Tried reinstalling the app, didn’t work. This issue didn’t start until this Monday. What else can we try here?

    @TELUSsupport Im coming over I gave @Bell_Support 48hrs and all they did was **** it up they are a complete gong show please tell me the easiest way to switch carriers
