@JohnnyR45382020 @Bell Last week for example our wifi and cable which are both connected went out Friday morning at 8. We could get a connection for 3 mins maybe then it would disconnect for 5mins for 2.5 days. They didn’t send a tech out until Sunday! Dude confirmed there was a problem with a box

@Bell_Support Hello Bell, I am with Virgin and I’m generally happy , but my home neighbourhood in south Barrie cell service is abysmal. How can we get a new tower in the area? Many people are switching to Rogers.

@Miss_Allison_D @Bell So I’m guessing my appointment I have to have Bell fibe internet installed at the end of the month I should cancel eh ? I was doing it because my bills about to go up to $115 Cdn a month but it does usually work at least. Thought please ?

@Bell Well...I would consider you guys, but you really need to step it up and stop the monopolistic crap with Rogers first before you talk about stable internet.
