@RogersHelps the manager did nothing to help, and stated it was there policy, it was also not a rental fee, but some shipping fee. Either way I have contacted @Bell and agreed to get service from them, I will be canceling my rogers home internet. It was never about the money...

@Bell_Aliant @Bell these new android boxes are terrible. The interface is awful, the picture quality isn’t as good, and live sports are actually not as current as the old boxes as I get updates in sporting apps even though I am supposedly live. Is there anyway to go back??

They said I didnt pay fully and then allowed the bill to reach 300 dollars so that it was large enough to send me to collections. ********.
