The US has the same issue with cell service today it had 15 years ago. You’ll get excellent connections to the tower and slow service b/c there is not enough bandwidth. It’s incredible that is still an issue

Starlink base plan is $7/month for "suspend" mode and the receiver fits in a backpack. You don't even need to use Rogers or Telus/Virgin/etc on Bell's network.
