-
Taylor (@tay_fry) reported from Gravenhurst, OntarioIt’s pretty god damn frustrating that I spend $1500 a year on a phone plan and that I get harassed and yelled at by the “customer service” reps when I call with an issue because they don’t understand a lick of English. @Bell not impressed whatsoever.
-
Leanne Davis (@Cosmic_Slice) reported from Orillia, Ontario@Bell_Support I think I'm on a first name basis with the people at tech support. Wish you'd upgrade the service in my my area of Orillia, Ontario. Most of the city gets much better service than I do.
-
Welshie (@welshietouring) reported from Orillia, Ontario👋 I cancelled @Bell years ago because the customer support and overpriced internet, I guess nothing has changed since, on hold 4.5hrs trying to fix this, my @ATT can you come to Canada?

Jimmy Davis (@JimmyDavis28) reported@Bell Unless you’re going to fix the issue of cell service in the province there’s nothing to discuss. This isn’t an issue isolated to a few people. As previous posters have said. 1st world prices for 3rd world service. I actually had better cell service when I was in Cuba.
-
Miss Ann Thropy (@to_aleura) reported@Bell Canadas largest 5G network my ***.

🍁 K3nata8 🇨🇦 🏴 🇫🇷 🍁™ (@K38Tweets) reported@infamousadam13 @Reil76 @Bell My favourite is being a software developer who works in web hosting and virtual servers being asked why I need such high internet speeds? None of your damn business??
-
Bobby Fun (@RRohampton) reported@broddy83 @Reil76 @Bell i’m on the fence about switching to fibre since they are installing it on my street. it is a lot faster but i don’t want to switch from cable and have these issues.

Void 🖤✨ PRE-DEBUT-ish (@VoidVesselVT) reported@Bell @Bell_Support I had the worst time this morning trying to explain my very basic connection issue to your customer service today. I have no Internet. Bro wanted me to go to a website, couldn't grasp that being on "the WiFi" would make that impossible, and that my using my phone for Internet means I can't do the modem registration he's asking me to do. I asked him so many times to forward me to another person, which he refused. After begging, he said he could if he charged he $75 , I said fine, then he charged me, gave me a time window tomorrow that someone will be by, and basically said bye. So, no, I didn't actually get to talk to anyone useful today. 0/5 stars.
-
Krista Jensen 🇨🇦 (@shortstuffpb) reported@Reil76 @Bell There's a faulty connection for the input signal somewhere, causing it to drop. When I had it happen, it was actually the modem, itself, but I had to totally spell out all the troubleshooting steps I'd taken to get them to listen to me.
-
🇨🇦Wayne🇨🇦 (@Reil76) reported@sunnydriver1970 @Bell About 3000k sqft. And for some reason they installed it all downstairs. But it’s been there the whole time and only being an issue now.
-
The Snoman (@craz4sno) reportedHow many @Bell technicians does it take to properly run a cable to my house? Tomorrow will be the fifth one in over 2 years who will tell me that they can’t help and it needs to be the infrastructure team. Trees are not cable mounts.

Jeremiah Jayven Professional Wrestler (@JeremiahJayven) reported@Bell fix your service in Newfoundland

Robert Watson (@RobertW96576248) reported@JesseEdwards78 @Bell I left Bell well over a decade ago. I used VOIP. Voice Over Internet Protocol, with my computer internet service provider. Cheaper by far, and long distance was no extra cost. Later, I retired my computer & internet some 6 years ago. I just use a 'smart' mobile phone.
