  • Cosmic_Slice Leanne Davis (@Cosmic_Slice) reported from Orillia, Ontario

@Bell_Support I think I'm on a first name basis with the people at tech support. Wish you'd upgrade the service in my my area of Orillia, Ontario. Most of the city gets much better service than I do.

  • tay_fry Taylor (@tay_fry) reported from Gravenhurst, Ontario

It’s pretty god damn frustrating that I spend $1500 a year on a phone plan and that I get harassed and yelled at by the “customer service” reps when I call with an issue because they don’t understand a lick of English. @Bell not impressed whatsoever.

  • welshietouring Welshie (@welshietouring) reported from Orillia, Ontario

👋 I cancelled @Bell years ago because the customer support and overpriced internet, I guess nothing has changed since, on hold 4.5hrs trying to fix this, my @ATT can you come to Canada?

  • Cosmic_Slice Leanne Davis (@Cosmic_Slice) reported from Orillia, Ontario

@Bell_Support Hopefully not, nothing has changed with my internet issues so far and I'm not that sure what I'm paying for.

@Bell_Support Given the number of hours I’ve spent working with your support department- what do you think?

  • nee_tremblay Nee 🇨🇦 💚💛 (@nee_tremblay) reported

When @Bell keeps you on hold and nobody answers, so you can ask them why they are still charging $100+ after the service was cancelled in January.. that's one way to keep getting money #crooks @CRTCeng

  • baegedcos Mikki -Not live but vibing- (@baegedcos) reported

@Bell_Support It's in general though, not a specific instance. I'm charged a lot of money for my phone and internet, and I'm met with issues that I constantly have to fix, despite the problems coming from Bell and not me? It's not a good look...

  • The_W00dsman The Wüdsman (@The_W00dsman) reported

@bell I need a direct number I can call to have Bell Satellite Home Internet installed. I don’t want your customer service generic number... they are no help at all.

  • J_Savy J-Savy (@J_Savy) reported

@Rogers the worst company. Every month i call with minimum 1 or 2 issues that take for ever to be rectified only to have the same problems again next month. Furious. Maybe i should use @Bell

  • ThisDoorOpens FourtyTwo (@ThisDoorOpens) reported

@Bell outsourcing so much of your customer service and leaving only retention as in house will be on of your downfalls. You charge so much but where does the money even go? Not to Canadian employees and not to anyone who understands empathy, what a postal code is..

  • FelipemCorreia Felipe Correia (@FelipemCorreia) reported

@Bell I already have the Fibe 1GB (Midtown/TO) but it’s been so SLOW. Just tested and I got 25/12. Not happy at all.

  • taghollah Tom sabi (@taghollah) reported

It was supposed to be shipped in 7 business days! I don’t really know why am I still waiting for such a terrible service from @Bell! But I think it’s kind of insolence which must be investigated in a proper court! 2/2

  • EmmaSmith10 Emma Smith (@EmmaSmith10) reported

How can @Bell justify a “year increase” to all their customers? Spending 40 minutes to adjust my bill, arguing with customer service and being transferred three different times is unacceptable.

  • ShortShitSpence Spencer-Isaiah (@ShortShitSpence) reported

@Bell_Support Thank you for fixing this issue, but why is it that service drops so often? (Internet) if our services are so heavily tied to internet how are we expected to pay full rate for partial service each month?
