@Bell_Support I think I'm on a first name basis with the people at tech support. Wish you'd upgrade the service in my my area of Orillia, Ontario. Most of the city gets much better service than I do.

It’s pretty god damn frustrating that I spend $1500 a year on a phone plan and that I get harassed and yelled at by the “customer service” reps when I call with an issue because they don’t understand a lick of English. @Bell not impressed whatsoever.

Getting disconnected from mobility carrier as I'm calling to cancel service is kinda perfect. Then hearing 2 min wait time and I'm crossing 5 min on hold so far. Thanks @Bell_Support

@Bell I'm paying $150 for 5 lines with shared data of 125Gb, unlimited minutes, worldwide free txt msgs, 200 free minutes to US, 2000 free minutes to my home country and free visual voice mail. You can never ever match it.
