    @Bell_Support I think I'm on a first name basis with the people at tech support. Wish you'd upgrade the service in my my area of Orillia, Ontario. Most of the city gets much better service than I do.

    It’s pretty god damn frustrating that I spend $1500 a year on a phone plan and that I get harassed and yelled at by the “customer service” reps when I call with an issue because they don’t understand a lick of English. @Bell not impressed whatsoever.

    Extremely competent staff: immediately freed my data block and now financing me an iPad Pro at discount from SRP. Bravo @Bell_Support. However we aren’t done with contract scam of slowing the data down when it hits a limit, on an “unlimited” plan

    @Bell_Support Your agents might be nice and give good service. However, your network is by far the most unreliable!!! Technician came multiple times, and changes has been made in the back end, but still the network already dropped 3 times in the past 1.5hr! Fix it once for all!
