It’s pretty god damn frustrating that I spend $1500 a year on a phone plan and that I get harassed and yelled at by the “customer service” reps when I call with an issue because they don’t understand a lick of English. @Bell not impressed whatsoever.

@Bell_Support I think I'm on a first name basis with the people at tech support. Wish you'd upgrade the service in my my area of Orillia, Ontario. Most of the city gets much better service than I do.

@Bell_Support Technician says, well if you upgrade to fibre we can hook you right up. So tech solution wasn't to fix it was to upsell. When I'm looking up crtc complaint procedures and cell service number transfers, you know your customer service has flat out failed.!

@Diana_fierce1 @Jennjo22 @Bell I had that problem trying to cancel my wifi. They still sent out a bill for three more months of new charges. Always an excuse when I called in, empty promises and poor performance.
