    @Bell_Support I need some help. I have what I thought to be a simple request...I want internet set up at our new house and our neighbors have Bell services but still no one I talk to on the phone at #Bell can even set up the service request to send someone out. #Help

    @bcorms @Bell Hey @bcorms , So. About 5 years ago we had everything with @Bell TV,home phone,family mobile plans (5) and internet. Due to poor customer service we now are mostly Bell free. My suggestion move on we use #Shawdirect, #Xplorenet and other providers are much happier. Good luck

    @Bell_Support Thanks. 7 calls. Got the total runaround each time. There's a problem, there's no problem, it's your phone, it's your SIM, 100's of people have the same problem, oh, imnonly seeing 2 tickets in the last 2 weeks. Not trustworthy. @SamsungCanada looking like it's a software issue.

    don't even get me started on you @Bell .. you cut the entire areas landlines and internet for the next 24 hours?! we don't get cell phone service here. we have zero power, no phone communication, and no internet unless we drive 30 minutes to another town... this is so dangerous

    @anasalhajji @AmericanExpress Right up there with Bell Canada 'customer service' @Bell You will pay more and receive less. Credit card companies have no monopoly on poor customer satisfaction.

    @VirginPlusCare At least they probably didn't have the @Bell_Support tech show up and say a previous tech "cleaned up the panel" which resulted in us being disconnected...and since it's now full, he can't fix it until he talks to central on Monday at the earliest...😭😭😭

    @Rogers might have the worst ******* internet in all of Canada. Charge you 2× as much as any other company and cant stay connected for ****, lagging all the time. Never have any support that helps. Just a garbage company @Bell gonna be getting my service moving forward

    @Bell_Support i tried chatting with someone, and i took more than an hour to get IN LINE to talk with someone, all of that time on my personal data since there's no internet -- but there's still no outage reported in my area even though we're told that it's related to the city-wide outage.
