    50,000 times last month alone. How does the tech know that, but every manager and supervisor we speak with says there is no issue?? I would like a phone call with a manager to discuss this. @bell what can you guys offer? Any internet that works???

    Haven't even set up my @Bell_Support Fibe Internet yet and they're already causing me an inordinate amount of problems. I guess things can only go up from here yet?

    @bell I am an incredibly patient, 25+year customer. Finding out I have to wait two weeks for a tech visit to get my internet working again is well, a little unreasonable don’t you think? Please tell me you can help me sooner. 🥺

    @Bell 3-5 service interruptions/ week lasting 12-24 hours, for 6 weeks now. Charging customers high rates for a spotty service, in todays climate? Bold move.

    @Bell You always claimed that it was something other than your service. Even when I had VIDEO EVIDENCE that it happened to multiple devices, therefore not the device. My job became jeopardized, and now after I’ve switched providers because of your deplorable service you refuse 2/?)
