    @Bell_Support what is going on? We haven’t had internet for almost two days and very poor communication about your progress in fixing it. It’s not just my household it’s everyone in the area with Bell internet.

    @Bell_Support If MTS prepaid is shutting down on October 1st, why is everything disabled now? There are text messages I can't access because I have no data in my account and your "customer service" people can't do anything and can't even answer questions about it properly.

    Average time with customer service at @Bell to turn on the TSN package is about a half hour. It should be less than 5 minutes on the website but they still haven't fixed this problem. @TSN_Sports

    @Bell Largest ****** network you mean????? I literally got fired off of amazon cause my phone never had reception while doing deliveries and BELL never knew how to fix it and i couldn’t cancel because of my contract. NEVER going back with you guys. All my friends with Rogers were fine.

    @Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support Been there done that .They creat a ticket that goes nowhere with no follow up and nothing gets done. I'll just switch providers.The service won't be any better but at least I won't be giving my money to bell and Starlink for HSI bye bye bell 👋

    After being a customer of @Bell for decades only when I call to cancel am I offered these "fantastic" loyalty discounts on my services. Might have been nice to have these offered before.
