@Clyde_1957 @Bell_Support As a bell customer for many (too many) years, I’ve leaned this is not an issue at my end. Understand Bell expects it to be up and running in the next hour so. And yes - message should change so new customers don’t go messing with their passwords.

@LeisspLeiss @Bell_Support Exactly. The error message should not be "you have entered invalid credentials" when your system is down. We don't need to be looking up and changing passwords if the message could just be something accurate. Please try again later might get the point across.
