    It also means that we’re done with being a “smart home” as the @GlobeElectric1 & #Geenie “smart” bulbs lose their intelligence after a power outage and need constant resetting which is beyond frustrating. That, mixed with the bad internet from @Bell means it’s not a good fit 2/2

    @Bell what is wrong with the Fibe TV never working? The guide is not shwoing the channels, how can we still watch? They're available on PC but we'd like to watch on TV!

    @Bell_Support can you tell me if the Fibe service is still down in Guelph. One Bell system says "its down" and another says "all issues have been corrected and service has been restored." I still have no Internet or TV. Thanks!

    On a personal note, I just learned that #Bell #email is down, and a long wait for customer support resulted in this message "don't reset your password if prompted" 🙄 and no time estimate on when the issue will resolve. @Bell_Support
