Dear @Bell You've got to be the most painful company I've ever worked with. Your services are minimal and your customer service team is lackluster at BEST. Happy to be switching services in the near future.

@bell your subcontractors cut my Roger's internet in front of my house today. They proceeded to tell me it's my problem and I had to deal with it myself. This will take about 6 hours of my time. I dont work for free. How are you compensating me.

@Bell_Support I was hit by a tornado July 15. My house has destroyed bell continues to charge me a full bill for services I have suspended. Every month they say it is canceled every month money comes out of my account. Worst customer service eve

Just to get the order of events straight here, I tweeted about a bad experience, @bell_support reached out asking how they could fix it, and then spent an hour not listening to my complaint and forwarded me to specialist who called to tell me they wouldn't do anything.
