Dave & Deb (@theplanetd) reported from Brant, Ontario@Zepperdude @Bell_Support @nataliehunter Yep, chat not working and tried calling. They couldn’t accept my call at this time. Something serious must have happened.
-
Don Kearney-Bourque (@BourqueKearney) reported from Norfolk County, OntarioIt also means that we’re done with being a “smart home” as the @GlobeElectric1 & #Geenie “smart” bulbs lose their intelligence after a power outage and need constant resetting which is beyond frustrating. That, mixed with the bad internet from @Bell means it’s not a good fit 2/2
-
Don Kearney-Bourque (@BourqueKearney) reported from Norfolk County, Ontario@Bell your “country satellite” internet sucks. It sucks. Up and down and up and down. You just replaced the modem AND the satellite and it STILL sucks. You’re a joke.

-
Dave & Deb (@theplanetd) reported from Brant, OntarioI’m curious why @Bell and @Bell_Support don’t give updates about outages on social? It would be so easy. Obviously it is down everywhere looking at people’s updates. Just a thought...
-
Drew Hoefkens (@dhoefkens67) reported from Norfolk County, OntarioDear @Bell You've got to be the most painful company I've ever worked with. Your services are minimal and your customer service team is lackluster at BEST. Happy to be switching services in the near future.

-
CDN_Karma (@cdn_karma) reported@CTVNews Since your pretending your elbows are up? I notice you missed a huge Elbows Down announcement by your parent company @bell Why did you not cover your company outsourcing tons of Jobs from Peterborough Ontario and other small towns to Morrocco? How Bizzare you didn't cover your own companies news about how having Elbows Down and not supporting Canada is Okay again...
-
CDN_Karma (@cdn_karma) reported@z_haus @Bell I have AI call answer. Never deal with spam calls as a result. Freedom wireless is where it is at if you want to save money, (as long as you live in a region with it) Rogers uses 3rd party call centers in India and other nations as well. While charging you premium prices.
-
Baseballcanadiangal (@Frogger2175) reported@Bell It’s the phones at Mississauga Greenhouse- why don’t you fix it?? How is 8 days with no service acceptable- #failbell
-
Baseballcanadiangal (@Frogger2175) reported@Bell WHEN are you fixing the phones for Mississauga green house? Over 8 days with no fix? You are killing their business and angering clients trying to call them. Take ownership and fix it! Thinking of moving to Rogers
-
Pino Pasqua (@PinoPasqua1) reported@SensCentral @Senators @Bell You should have grilled him on your podcast why did he cave in to Brady so fast and never gotten a solid player in return!? I would have traded him to any team that gives our team full value in return! They took advantage of an amateur GM and pres of hockey ops w no nhl pedigree
-
Shirly Caibaiosai (@shirlycaib) reportedAs a long-time customer with @Bell, let me tell you the. You are on life support with me right now! Because I moved to Ontario, you can’t get me hooked up with TV or internet??!! In over a month?? 😡
-
306 Shane (@NoSacredBeliefs) reported@Bell And DM'd you were... And unsurprisingly, you have no solutions. You discovered that life in Canada is expensive and so people are cutting down on expenses where they can... But you couldn't possibly have that. So now you seek to curtail one's ability to use their hotspot to try and drive people to take on Home Internet service... Something you don't even provide in the province of Saskatchewan. Interesting times when you opt to make your service delivery worse than Rogers.
-
Mike Moore (@HueyTheFrenchie) reported@mobinfiltrator @Bell The best choice I ever made was not having my tv/internet from the same provider as my cell. This way if one of them goes down I’m still good.
-
306 Shane (@NoSacredBeliefs) reportedAs a Saskatchewan resident, I never expected to be contemplating switching to Rogers Wireless. But @Bell, your latest decision to cap the amount of data one can use on hotspot in a month is downright boneheaded and @TELUS is no better (having made the same decision).
-
kerl (@kerldaddy) reported@Bell I’m not going to DM you. I’m a preferred Bell client and I’m supposed to have 24/7 support. I’ve wasted more than an hour trying to talk to you. I’ll just go with Vidéotron or Rogers.
