    @Bell issued a long winded statement today about how much they are spending blah blah blah on tech. The problem with @Rogers and Bell is not that they don't know how to spend money. They just are incompetent and don't have proper disaster recovery plans.

    @Bell @bell. You would be a good company if you provided good service. Can’t get a landline in the 905 region. Half of the phone calls say a tech is company. The other half say the tech isn’t coming.

    Sixth phone call from @bell Canada in week and half to get a landline hooked up. They work awfully hard to avoid doing the job. Awful service. @CRTCeng

    If nothing else, the @CRTCeng needs to do some actual governance of the sector. Demand post-mortems on incidents of this magnitude. Incident communications was terrible. Confidence in @RogersHelps (and @Bell) is apathetic levels, most laugh it off w/memes of terrible service.

    @RogersHelps and now we are going on 36 hours with still no reply to my DMs from Rogers. I bet @Bell would love my $800 a month. Been a loyal Rogers customer for almost 30 years. You are on your last chance

    @Bell I thought the day of bait and switch were over but guess not. Your sales boy hits me up for a #loyalty award, says $10 a month for crave and HBO cuz Im a loyal customer. I say OK then bills me $20 a month. Glad I double checked my bill but of course I would cuz #bell lies.

    @Bell My mother has a FibreOp line 45 feet from her house and you currently don't offer service to her because the line was ran 20 km I to the woods to an Irving camp... Why can't people connect to that line..
