@Bell_Support Hi there friend. I called on the phone last time & got approved for your 1.5 pack. I really enjoy your service! With 5 people working from home it’s real stable! My Q is though, could you confirm if it’s for another year Dec. 2022 and the HH 4000 will be sent? TY!

@diana_murphy613 I was an @Bell customer for 52 years. FINALLY, got tired of ‘little’ increases every month. Then, small ‘loyalty’ discount - then increases and so on! I am paying almost $70 less a month and getting great internet, TV + I have a landline.

Dear @Bell Your PVR interface is absolute garbage. The world has moved onto smartphones and your setup is like trying to use DOS. As a tech company you should be ashamed to charge customers for such outdated, no quality products.

  • NadeemAhmadhere Nadeem (@NadeemAhmadhere) reported

@Bell crappy service … I had asked for an upgrade on my internet service at home . Technician will come in 2 days to effect the upgrade . Was told by the contact center that home internet will be down till then as upgrade process was initiated !! Wonderful
