Vanessa 🇨🇦🏊🏻♀️🚴🏃♀️ (@VanMeik211) reported@Reil76 @Bell Bell sent me to collections for failing to return equipment during Covid, when stores wouldn't accept it and they didn't send labels to mail it back. Everything about Bell sucks, and their fees are outrageous. Good luck!

Crystal Vargas (@IConcedeToNoOne) reported@Reil76 @Bell I'm having issues, too for days! And, today, my cell won't charge. With is going on? PS...Cogeco is wayyyyy better than Bell.

Orange Cone (@CanadianPylon) reported@TELUSsupport @Rogers @Bell Cancel with Telus. Horrific customer support/ understanding. They just cost me 80k on a mortgage renewal. My credit card for autopay had expired, and I missed it. I’ll own that. My account went 30 days over, and when I got that notification I immediately rectified it, paid in full, and put in an updated CC number. They outright refuse to take the late payment off my credit report for the mistake. I am 51 years old. NEVER one late payment ever. This dropped my credit score 86 points, and now on my upcoming mortgage renewal I cannot get the preferred banking rate as a result, and Telus outright refuses to help. I’ve been a loyal Telus customer for a decade paying 350+/month for all their service’s, and hold close to $100k in Telus stock and this is the treatment I am getting for an honest mistake. Use any other provider. I will make it my life’s mission to make sure nobody signs up with Telus going forward. Friends, family members and employees included. I’ve tagged Bell and Rogers on this so they can share it with others to use as marketing to win new customers and show how you don’t treat a long time customer.

Karebear🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 (@Karebear1340) reported@Reil76 @Bell Had issues at the cottage with the receiver. Called support 4 times!! Finally asked to have someone go out. Tech said there was no reason they couldn't resolve it. Also let us know that all support is done from the Philippines & they're #1 goal is to get you off the line ASAP.

Northern Girl 🇨🇦 (@MarZimmAnn) reported@Reil76 @Bell Oh boy, I went 11 days without internet few years ago, sent me 2 different modems, couldn’t fix it over the phone, 2 repair visits before a supervisor finally showed up, looked in the main box in my townhouse complex and noticed someone unhooked me to use my line, brutal

dodge journey Crossroad (@RobertRabi7) reported@Reil76 @Bell I've had a Rogers plan for 5 years, the speed is 2 gigabytes, and I haven't had any problems. I pay $65 a month and the speed is stable, even though I live in an old building.

The Truth (@the_truth1234) reported@MattWalshBlog Cell coverage was better in 2009. Calls drop all over now even just outside major cities. It’s terrible service in Canada and we pay the highest fees. @Rogers @Bell

306 Shane (@NoSacredBeliefs) reportedAs a Saskatchewan resident, I never expected to be contemplating switching to Rogers Wireless. But @Bell, your latest decision to cap the amount of data one can use on hotspot in a month is downright boneheaded and @TELUS is no better (having made the same decision).

420420 (@four421twenty) reported@DemorestKe48215 @Reil76 @Bell 90% of the time its the modem going bad, usually they only last 2-3 years. Threaten to move to another company unless they replace that modem and discount your service.
