@Bell_Support hello! What's the phone number / email to cancel?

  • CharmzzPatel Charmi Patel (@CharmzzPatel) reported

Worst customer service at @Bell They will tell lies and make fake promises when you want to port your network. And once you fall in their trap, they cannot keep their words. I am a loyal customer ever since I moved to Canada, and all I got is fake promises

@TSNHelp who **** the bed on the schedule this weekend? No F2 on the @Bell TV schedule so it didn't PVR. F1 Qualifying started at 8:55, guide said 9:55 so it missed 2/3 of qualifying. I literally have TSN only for F1 and I've missed 3 out of 5 sessions this weekend. Pathetic.

@Bell_Support possible outage for wireless home internet in Bracebridge. Having connection issues. Reset multiple times still no service.

  • robertpeacock22 Robert Peacock (@robertpeacock22) reported

If you're wondering why @theJagmeetSingh's stream is cutting out, may I remind you that Canada has long suffered under a terrible, price-fixed telecoms duopoly between @Rogers and @Bell and it's almost certainly one of them that's to blame.

I have been trying for 2 days to purchase new phones on @bell_support with multiple disconnects and promises of call backs that never happen. This is insanely frustrating

  • Mc66Karen Karen McDonald (@Mc66Karen) reported

After a grueling few hours on the phone with @bell mobility, with shite customer service (not typical), I went to @TheSourceBell who saved the day - such friendly and knowledgeable staff. A positive experience. Seriously, if you're looking for a phone or any other tech, go there.

@Bell_Support Then there should be a better faster solution for the $$$ we pay. Used to be able to walk in and just replace it. So if my main receiver was dead, I would be out of service for days???
