So @Bell charged me c.1000$ in roaming fees from Egypt 🤯 They did so by not informing me I used all my travel pass texts+min & by not specifying that blue msgs+calls made from iphone to iphone w wifi (+ roaming deactivated) counted I'm leaving + filing a complaint to @CCTS_CPRST

@Bell_Support I spent 2 hours on the telephone with your customer service staff and they weren't interested on seeing the video, the vehicles plates, id number, or anything at all about the douchebag tech. Just letting people know that if this prick rolls up in your yard, BEWARE !!!

@Bell_Support Why does bell continue to keep raising monthly bills on people. This is unacceptable especially at a time like this. Bell is making money and hasn't been affected by covid set backs your service last month wasn't the greatest but yet you guys continue to do price increases.

@Bell_Support Did you oversell the WHI tower @Bell_Support? Support keeps pointing to a (sudden) speed degradation based on volume - despite near perfect functionality for the better part of a year. What changed?? Why am I told this can't be fixed?
