@gregobr @Quebecor @TVASports @CRTCeng @Bell Close the channel down and go streaming only. That would send a strong message that the regulator has no role to play in fixing pricing agreement.

Hey @Bell, why do you make everything so difficult? Just need to switch to a new nano-sim for my mom's new phone we got her. Terrible experience on the phone and was told to just go in store. Once her prepaid account is at zero, definitely switching once and for all.

So they consider sending out a technician to fix a copper wire problem a waste of their time. A technician was already on his way, had called to say he's half an hour away, and then @bell cancelled the goddamn service call and told us we'd have to switch to fiberoptics.

Then today I received a bill for the Fibe Tv app. For the internet service that is not installed. The lack of information from @Bell is astonishing. If I was an existing customer and my fibre cable was broken, is this the level of service I should expect?

@Bell_Support Can the Fiber Toronto dispatch team call me? I'm caught in a groundhog day loop as 6 tech have been sent to my home address for an issue that is happening at a junction box for 5 days. Their escal tickets don't go through so a new dispatch order gets auto generated.

It is also connected to the Lifeline emergency service. If anything had happened to her today, she'd not have been able to call for help. Now, here is why @bell didn't want to fix her phone line. They're in the process of replacing copper wiring with fiberoptics...

@Bell is easily the worst internet service I’ve ever had. Would not recommend to anyone and I will be switching asap. Constantly losing internet service, choppy pixelated cable tv. Constantly needing to reboot which generally takes multiple reboots in short periods of time.

Hey @Bell, my mom has had no land line since Dec 23. Her @Bell cell service is poor & she relies on her landline for her safety. She has phoned numerous times & your agents can’t seem to make things happen. She has asked me to step in. What will it take to get her service back?
