@Bell_Support Still down in Kingston (fibe or LTE), my family takes turns taking work calls on my cell which is Rogers. Called IT 4 times in the last 3 weeks, all trouble shooting and factory reset they told us to do several times. Just have to keep "waiting 24 hrs" until we lose our jobs.

@Bell Bell used to be good not anymore. No signal in certain ares in richmond hill. Thats why i switched to rogers and they keep calling me....

What happened to Customer Service? Three 7 hour round trips to keep appointments with Bell Aliant to get internet hooked up at cottage. They didn’t show up either time. No calls, no apologies, no excuses for that! @Bell #BellAliant
