@Bell_Support When I called customer service, I was surprised he told me that you have no request!! And after an hour they call me the bell branch saying your mobile has arrived!!! And when I go to pick up the employee there, her treatment is inappropriate and rude with rude words!!

@Bell_Support @Bell Bell isn’t willing to help me use their return/exchange policy. Told to send in current phone and wait for replacement. Which leaves me W/O any mode of communication. Can’t call 911 in an emergency because I won’t have a phone! #theydontcare #notclientservice

@loribolender @Bell_Support @Bell We didn’t even get to see that. Even though Bell Customer Support tweeted that the issue was resolved we continued to get the black out error message for the rest of the game. Got the same message for the Buffalo game.

How’s my day going? Well @Bell seems to be having an Ontario wide issue where none of their cell phone users can call @Iristel numbers but it’s impossible to report it through their support line if you aren’t a Bell customer yourself. 🙃
